The main entrance leads to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room areas. The Living room consists of a comfortable three-seater sofa and a comfortable armchair, a fireplace for cold winter nights, a traditional coffee table, a built-in TV cabinet, a 42” LED TV with free satellite channels, Blue-Ray DVD/CD player for endless hours of entertainment, and relaxation. Adjacent to the living room, guests will find a desk with an elegant design for their daily brief jobs and navigating to the internet via the broadband wireless connection provided to you free of charge covering all indoor and outdoor areas.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, while the traditional dining area gives a special touch to the area. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed with anatomic mattress, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, spacious closet, and dressing table. The breathtaking view from the large sliding terrace door challenges you to visit the patio area and pool.
The second bedroom has two single beds with anatomic mattresses, a dressing table, and a closet. The large patio doors lead to the pool and garden area. The specially designed and spacious shared bathroom can serve guests with people with special mobility needs.
Feature of Lithos Ainos Villa is the calm colors on the walls as well as the brown wooden roof, which gives a country style to the villa. All areas of the premises are fully air-conditioned. Ainos Villa is fenced by stonewalls high enough to provide the necessary privacy and not to obstruct the magnificent view. The garden is full of flowers, fruit trees, and olive trees, and it is all covered by green grass.
The glorious infinity-edged fully automated pool makes the most of the villa’s location and draws the eye to the distant horizon and the deep blue Ionian Sea. The fully-equipped swimming pool area, with wooden sunbeds, small coffee tables, and umbrellas. The pool is 4.50 meters by 7.00 meters in size and the depth varies from 1.00 meters to 1.70 meters, a feature that makes it suitable for children swimming or playing at the shallow end.
There is a brick-built barbecue with wooden dining tables and chairs for those meals outdoors. All these are within an area of 200 sq. meters fully covered with green grass, whilst enjoying a poolside drink or dinner after a perfect day in this special location.
The greatest advantage of the villa however is the large well-furnished terrace with a wooden pergola for shading where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and coffee or drink in combination with the amazing and unobstructed panoramic views of the Ionian Sea! It should be noted that all areas, both indoor and outdoor, are directly and easily accessible from people with special mobility needs.
Afrato village is located 13km from the town of Argostoli in Kefalonia Island and belongs to the area of Mousata. Mousata is among the mountain of Enos, the great mountain of Kefalonia and the Ionian Sea found in the south of the island. Being only 12klm away from Argostoli, the capital of the island, Mousata is an ideal destination.
