NorthPoint Houses consist of three separate double-story dwellings, each with its own swimming pool and loungers, set within beautiful, landscaped gardens. The houses and their pools are placed within the gardens in order to maximize privacy for our guests. Each house consists of two large bedrooms on the lower level, both with king-size beds and beautifully appointed marble-clad en-suite bathrooms. On the upper level, there is a lovely-sized living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an eating area, and a guest WC with laundry facilities. The living room leads onto a spacious balcony with seating and a dining table for outdoor eating.
Fiscardo is located 50km north of Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. The picturesque village hosts many private yachts and fishing boats and has a lively cosmopolitan atmosphere. Fiscardo offers stunning views to the island of Ithaca and is one of the few villages that remained intact from the major earthquake of 1953. Today Fiscardo is a pole of attraction due to its natural beauty and colorful, picturesque architecture, but also famed for its fresh fish restaurants, perhaps the best on the island. Despite attracting millions of tourists and locals, it manages to preserve its beauty against all odds. Around the village, one can find many beautiful pebble beaches and stunning coves with calm and crystalline waters as well as ruins of a Paleolithic settlement and plenty of Byzantine churches. Fiscardo hosts the Natural and Environmental Museum, which is worth a visit.
Kefalonia is the largest island of the Ionian group, located between Lefkada and Zante. Due to the size of the island Kefalonia never gets too crowded or too noisy, not even in high season and this makes it ideal for family holidays. Famous for the exotic aquamarine color beaches, including Myrtos, Antisamos, Lourdas and Skala, the island has gained popularity as the filming scenery of the Hollywood movie Captain Corelli's Mandolin.

The most beautiful property just a short walk from Fiskardo, which has many bars, restaurants and shops. Haris & the team (& Benny) were incredible throughout, going above and beyond with everything; recommendations, transport, organising a stay in Ithaca! Beautiful pool, kitchen & lounge area for you to relax in. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back as soon as we can! We’d hugely recommend the houses, but also northpoint rooms and Peranzada in Ithaca, which all sit under same company, and are all breathtaking properties with great interior design and space.

The villas are very private and quiet, set in lovely gardens, with excellent views over the harbour. The patio/pool area is a good size with full sun and includes a barbecue area. Inside the accommodation is very good both in terms of style and quality. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level with the living/kitchen area being on the upper level to maximise the view from the spacious balcony (which proved to be a beautiful setting for breakfast in the morning watching the boats setting out to sea, but also for a late night drink looking across to the lights of the restaurants across the harbour). A lot of thought has gone into fitting out the villas and numerous little touches (like the binoculars provided to better enjoy the views) demonstrating the attention to detail.
The restaurants and bars of Fiscardo are no more than a 5 minute walk away so the position is perfect.
I would struggle to find anything to criticise - we were very well looked after by Haris, Joanna, Andreas and Maria. They were always there to help but never intrusive. Thank you.
Overall - one of the most relaxing weeks we have had, in a beautiful setting. We will definitely return, and I would recommend North Point Houses to anybody.
WE will most definitely consider coming back to this location. The privacy of the villas allowed us to have the peace we needed and yet was never too far from the action or having the choice of a number of fab restaurants at our disposal. The pool was a win, a good size and if we felt like going to a beach only a walk away. WE loved every minute of our stay
