Set within its own attractive gardens, surrounded by stoned walls and plants it offers complete security and privacy. The villa is an ideal and economic solution for large groups of 6 to 8 people (2 people can sleep on the sofa bed). It offers 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with 2 single beds, an en-suite toilet and a shower room with hair-dryer and fitted wardrobes, 22‘’ flat TV and both with balconies. The ground floor offers a master bedroom with a double bed, wheelchair-friendly en-suite shower and a toilet with hair-dryer and fitted wardrobe, 22‘’ flat TV which has access to the veranda and to the swimming pool area. A large bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine, an open-plan kitchen/dining and sitting room which has direct access to the pool area through 2 large balcony doors.
Roda Park Villa Corfu is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, multi, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, glassware, cooking vessels and of course offers a safe-box, satellite 32 ‘’ flat full HD TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the villa. The interiors have been stylishly decorated creating a light, relaxed and informal ambiance, and the complete villa has ambient temperature settings throughout, which can be controlled according to weather, which makes this ideal for use all year round. The villa has insect screens in all the bedrooms, bathrooms sitting room doors and windows. Outside there is a large patio seating area, 5m x 8m :(40m2) swimming pool with underwater lighting, with 6 sunbeds, 3 parasols, swing-seat, outside shower, barbeque, outside eating facilities, and private parking.
