Kampos Villas 1 & 2 Rethymno is a gorgeous estate nestled in the countryside near Panormos village, in Rethymno. They are brand new villas, built with care, unique design, and modern amenities. Their light, very sunny and airy…in little words, an ideal option for your holidays! These beautifully appointed villas boast breathtaking countryside views, overviewing vast olive groves, small hills, and of course the clear blue Cretan sky. Kampos Villas are split-level Villas, covering 150 sq. m. each and providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people, so 16 people in total. The design is a modern take on minimalist lines, characterized by spacious areas, that you will just love!
After entering the stone-paved path leading to the secure garage and leaving your cars, you climb up the staircase and find yourselves in the outdoor area of Kampos 1-2 Villa Rethymno, which could only be described as a summer fantasy! To start with, there are 2 big sunbathing terraces, featuring two 22 sq.m. private swimming pools with optional heating and a lawn covered area, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, where you can relax and enjoy the sun and fresh countryside air all day long! They also feature an outdoor sitting area and stone-built BBQ facilities with an extra sink, for doing the cleaning up, after enjoying your homemade meal and al fresco dining! Also, there is an extra relaxation area with sunbeds and umbrellas that the two villas share. To make things even better, there is a shaded playground area, with children’s toys and covered with a soft pad, where our younger guests will love to spend their time!
Ground Floor: Another staircase from the terrace leads to the entrances! Entering the villas, guests may find the lovely living rooms and the luxurious dining areas, featuring great sofa corners for the whole family and a built-in contemporary fireplace! The home cinema system and the DVD player are offered for spending some quality time with your family and friends! Double doors open out onto a large veranda with patio furniture and wonderful views of the landscape! Next to the dining area, lies the fully-equipped kitchen, with a smaller, more rustic-like dining table! Additionally, one bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a King Size Double Bed) and a bathroom with a shower cabin can also be found on the ground floor of each villa.
First Floor: On this level, the two remaining bedrooms are located, One of them features a king-size double bed (which can be turned into two single beds, if you wish) and the other one a large double bed. Also, an extra kitchenette with a small fridge and a bathroom with a shower cabin exist on this floor. All bedrooms have a small boudoir, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. They all are air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs with satellite reception and they offer direct access to the verandas. The nearest taverna is just 10m away and there are special offers for our guests.
