We were 22 guests (friends and family) to celebrate my 30th birthday. The villa was the amazing and the view breathtaking.
We felt right at home and the villa, the pool and rooms look like in the pictures, really nice.
Maria is a good host, she went above and beyond for us and provided a private party with Dj as well as a beautiful cake. She also made us restaurant reservations top.
It was all very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

The extended family (20 people) rented the house for a weekend and we enjoyed every moment at the Villa and the surroundings.
The outside which includes a pool and large sitting areas is just amazing with amazing views of beautiful Crete. We spent many hours enjoying the pool.
The inside of the house has multiple living areas which allowed different groups of people to engage in different activities.
The kitchen is big and we enjoyed preparing some of our meals.
The close by village of Agia Palagia is beautiful with great restaurants and beaches.
I would also like to thank our host Maria who was so helpful and responsive, in a group of 20 people with kids there are always different needs and Maria was always there to help.
The villa is amazing, the view is incredible, the pool is great, everything is so clean and comfortable, Maria is the best hostess I have ever met, she met all our inspections.
We stayed 23 people, we had everything we needed, Maria wrote us recommendations for everything.
We did rented a car, the beach is not so close by.

The Villa itself is well kept and extremely clean and being in a very private location you can really expect a great nights sleep. There are many shops a short drive away from the Villa and a very long list of additional extras and/or exercusions that could be booked for the stay, again Maria had fantastic communication and responded very quickly with the information we asked for.

Wow! 18 of us stayed for 10 days and everyone enjoyed every single minute staying at this beautiful and spacious villa. Maria is without doubt the best host I’ve ever had and everything was immaculate. Maria helped Me to arrange a surprise birthday party with DJ and our own bartenders. And everything worked out perfectly.
We also chose to have chefs for 5 days and oh my goodness what a fabulous recommendation - they cooked breakfast and dinner and it’s was fresh and absolutely delicious. They worked round our daily plans to suit us .
As soon as we entered the grounds and then the villa , we were all blown away by the outstanding quality of furnishings, decor, the layout of the villa . Every room has been finished to the highest standard and every room was immaculate.
We went out to the pool area and could not believe how stunning the gardens were, the pool was perfect and a good size for our large party of 18. The views were just incredible.
Maria was a very good host , so helpful with booking private chefs for the villa and a DJ too. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
We all felt like rock stars staying here for a week, a group of 18 , aged 9 up to 66.

We were an extended family of eighteen with three generations ages 9months to 72 years and all had a fabulous time.
Maria was an excellent host responding quickly to any questions or requests.
The villa had amazing views and spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the surrounding grass made a great play area for the younger members.
It was not too far to the local beaches and bars, although we used a car, bit far to walk with children and hot sun. We self catered for the majority of the holiday and found a lovely shop in Agia Pelagia for all our needs and they were so helpful.
Heraklion airport was easily accessible by taxi, transfer and car - only about 20 minutes.
All in all a superb holiday in an amazing place.

16 of us stayed for just under a week and this was the best holiday we've ever been on! I don't think I'll ever have a better host than Maria! From the facilities to the hospitality everything was perfect. Maria provided us with a list of excursions and activities we could do before we arrived and also helped us sort out transport to and from the villa. I can't recommend this place enough, the pictures do not do this villa justice! It's honestly so beautiful and the surrounding areas also add to that.
