First Floor: When opening the entrance door, you will find stairs that lead to the upper floor, where Main Bedroom Area is located. Here, while exercising, you can gaze at an endless blue of the Cretan Sea or admire beautiful sunsets above the blue horizon. Every bedroom features a satellite flat-screen TV, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, a side table with a lamp, and its own spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower. From floor-to-ceiling balcony doors, except for one bedroom, you can access a wrap-around balcony with a breathtaking sea view. Two bedrooms open to a direct sea view and one to a mountain sea view. One bedroom out of six has got a king-size bed that can be also separated into two twin beds.
Ground Floor: Other stairs will lead you from the main hall to the downstairs open plan living and dining area, one master bedroom, and a modern kitchen with direct access to the pool. Living Area consists of an air-conditioned living area with comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace, a 55” Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Dining Area combines a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a bar table with 6 stools, and a up to 12 persons wooden design table. Master Bedroom consists of a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe, smart TV, air conditioning, a matching wood-framed standing mirror, a side table with a lamp, a Spa-inspired bathroom with aero massage & hydro-massage, and a floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the pool area and the sea. On this level, you will also find a hidden storage area room with an extra toilet.
Outdoor: From the Ground Floor, you enter the Outdoor Area with a 17-meter Infinity Pool, a private partly roofed terrace with a seating area, a pool deck with sun lounges, and a space for relaxing in shade, BBQ with a stone oven and table that seats up to 8 people. A wall stone bench, next to the oven, with comfortable cushions, is available to sit as well. Next to the infinity pool, there is a Private Path going to the turquoise waters of the Cretan Sea, located just 25 m away.

Palaiokastro is a coastal village located 9 km west of the city of Heraklion. It is situated in front of a lengthy pebbled beach which extends to 70m leading to a cove with waters that deepen suddenly. The beach is protected from winds. On the southern end of the beach rises a steep rock where extensive fortifications were built during the Venetian occupation of Crete, accommodating cannons that secured the bay of Heraklion. Ruins of the fortress walls survive until today and are worth a visit.
Heraklion is the biggest and most popular region of Crete on the eastern side of the island located between Rethymno and Lassithi. It is a city of contrasts, offering intense nightlife in nearby regions such as Malia and Hersonissos, but also many peaceful places, particularly on the southern side. Where do I begin... We were a group of 6 friends traveling together. The villa is outside of the main city, Heraklion, and it was easy to get around with our rental car. Welcome - Stavros welcomed us on arrival. His wife had freshly made moussaka resting in the oven just for us. The moussaka was delicious, and such a thoughtful, personal touch. Stavros gave us tips on local restaurants and place to go. Villa - I concur with the other reviewers that the villa looks amazing in person. The space is contemporary and well thought-out. The furniture, kitchenware, appliances, and decor are all of high quality. The huge glass windows allow natural light to penetrate through. The views are breathtaking - infinity pool, clear blue sea, cascading cliffs, and city lights in the distance. The bedrooms are ensuite, spacious with natural light. Again, beautiful views. Amenities - Aside from the usual washing machine, dishwasher, AC, Nespresso machine, Stavros was so kind to stock the kitchen with drinking water, coffee pods, tea, creamers, sugar, fresh fruits, wine, and spices. This is the first villa I've stayed in with so many supplies. Private beach - There is a rocky, private beach at the bottom of the cliff. There is a staircase that leads to the beach. The waters are crystal clear and the sand soft. We had a great time taking a dip in the sea and sun-bathing atop the huge rocks. We were the only ones there! Pool - There's a barbecue grill and a pizza oven with a large dining table. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use this area. If we had stayed longer, we would have grilled some meat and enjoyed an evening outdoors with the view of city lights in the horizon.
Stravros and his property were absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a situation with one person in our group where they needed to be hospitalized while experiencing extreme pain. Stravros went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and drove us to the hospital and navigated us to get admitted. Other than that I would echo the other reviews the place is absolutely stunning. You have to see it to believe it. Chef was great too ! Super convenient and delicious gourmet meals. Our check in and checkout was all coordinated very well by stravros. Basically, stravros catered to everything we needed. If he’s not a super host already he definitely should be. I was already expecting a very nice place based on the pics and reviews but the service put icing on the cake
Fully equipped with everything you need. Great indoor and outdoor kitchens with all the gear for cooking lovers like ourselves. Beautiful private beach, small but the water are crystal clear and there are a lot of fishes, great for snorkeling. Pool is very big. The house is spotless clean. Just 15 min drive from Herkalion airport. 10 min drive from big supermarket, butcher, fish shop, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Stavros is an amazing host, very kind, helpful and attentive. Nothing bad to say, it was a perfect vacation. We hope to come back.

The villa is located in a quite but convenient location, about 20 minutes ride to downtown Heraklion and 10 minuets’ drive to Pelagia (beach side). The villa itself is equipped with everything you can think of when you’re traveling and the host is very kind and responsiveness in helping us to address everything, e.g. car battery issues, ferry cancellation due to hurricane in the early morning and sending us a homemade Musaka in our last day stay at his villa which makes us feel at home. We will definitely recommend to stay at this villa if you’re visiting Crete!

AMAZING!!! Words cannot describe the beauty of this villa!!! From the moment our transferred arrived, to the moment it (sadly) picked us up, everything about this villa was absolute perfection!!! There is absolutely nothing that could be improved or even suggested.There are so many beautiful areas of this property to enjoy every minute of the day from sunrise to sunset!!!. Beautiful crystal clear sea and a perfect salty swimming pool, the house itself is lovely inside, air conditioned everywhere, huge comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen and plenty of room! Stavros was the most amazing host you could possibly ask for!.He was there whenever required to help us in any way we needed!. It is brand new, stylish, great views, great pool, direct ocean access, amazing host and staff. Really does not get any better than this. We stay in many villas but this cannot be beaten. Stavros also goes out of his way to make you feel at home. We will be back.
We rent this villa for 4 days. No words can describe this modern bauhaus villa with own beach. This is like a Hollywood film.
