Just a great place in a quiet place, yet close to shops and the beach. We stayed for 8 nights and the cleaner came to change fresh linens and towels at a convenient time. We got help right away if there was a problem with the owners, the lovely Elena worked with the owners, who made sure we had everything we needed and gave great tips on what to do and where to go. We will definitely book the same villa if we return to Agia Marina.
We discovered exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful and serene villa where we could relax, away from the hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The location is unbeatable, perched on a hillside with stunning sea views. The town center is just a 10-minute walk away; while the uphill walk might be challenging for some, it wasn’t an issue for us. There’s a small supermarket just 5 minutes away, though it’s not very well stocked.
The villa was immaculate, in excellent condition, with everything functioning perfectly and cleanliness at the highest standard. The pool exceeded our expectations in size, and the garden was beautifully maintained. We didn’t hear a sound from our neighbors, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this property, although I’d love to keep it a secret just for ourselves!
Can’t say anything bad about it. The villa is very modern, has almost a A/C in every room, nice pool and a spectacular view onto the sea. In fact there a 2 villas side by side but they are very well separated and you won’t remark anything from the neighbours, privacy is guaranteed. The best thing is probably the location of the villa: it is located very centrally but in a calm area of Agia Marina near to the best beach clubs, restaurants and bars around Chania and in same time not too far from the best beaches of the west coast (Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna etc.). Will come back for sure.

The villa was super clean, all the things someone can wish for were there. Unfortunately the water in the pool was still very cold, but ofcourse we were very early in season so nothing could be done about that, our bad luck. The people on Crete were super friendly, the surroundings in the area are beautiful. We rented a car and visited lots of small places and beautiful beaches. We had an amazing time, thanks to uniquevilla, thanks to Effie.
Extraordinary pool, even if cold in october. Supermarket by feet, restaurants mainly closed these season, but 5 minutes with car you’ll find nice places. You are 20 min away from Chania old city if you want more choice and animation.

The service from the team was very efficient. The villa was really good, it was a real gem. It was far away from the main road to be quiet and secluded but all the facilities you would need, and the beach, were a short walk away. I must compliment the villa manager, who came to meet us to make sure our stay was the best it could be, and the staff who serviced the villa who were very friendly, efficient and made our holiday stay very easy and enjoyable. Perfect!
Excellent customer service from the villa owners, the villa is exceptionally clean, with great facilities, including smart Tv. The kitchen has all the kitchenware necessary, two big double bedrooms. Balcony views are beautiful and clean relaxing pool. It really does live up to the images shown online.
