Kato Stalos is a village approximately 8km west of Chania Town. It attracts more tourists than Ano Stalos (upper part) since it includes a lengthy beach with nice soft sand and crystalline waters. Stalos suits all tastes and here you will find all amenities from restaurants and cafes to beach sports activities such as beach volley, beach tennis, and water-cycling. Visitors to Stalos beach can enjoy its picturesque and relaxed environment during the day as well as the nightlife of the close villages, especially Platanias and Agia Marina. We spent 5 days at the villa in July. Everything was perfect. The villa is well equipped and we felt very comfortable. The villa is located in a remarkable area. The owners are very kind, friendly and hospitable. We had a great time and are sure that we will return.

The villa is one of 2 we were allocated the first, they are immaculately clean and just as good if not better than the pictures. What isn't shown is the villas are now secured by walls and gates which makes it very safe, secure and private. Our villa had a small pool down some steps which was great as it was separate from the terrace and meant our little one couldn't just wander out into the pool. The housekeeper met us at the villa and was very attentive throughout our stay. The owner is also quick to communicate with and will fix any problems immediately. Our washing machine didn't work and it was fixed in a day! The facilities are good with lots of kitchen equipment, some basic food items and Tupperware. WIFI and a smart TV meant we could stream some more English tv there are only a few English channels but that was fine for us. They had left some games, toys and pool inflatables plus a paddling pool for our little boy. Pool towels are provided and clean towels and linens were provided during our stay. They are also brilliantly located near restaurants and shops so many we couldn't try them all! We hired a car and visited many interesting and beautiful places recommended in the guide book in the villa. Crete is a great place to explore. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and Unique Villas the process was simple and the villa was picture perfect. Thanks for a lovely holiday!
Vi hyrde ett mysigt hus med en mindre pol. Vid Polen fanns solsängar och en lounge-grupp. Mysigt att dricka eftermiddagskaffet där efter en dag på stranden. Huset hade även en annan veranda för frukost/middag. Mitt i veckan städning var ett extra plus. Mysigt, lugnt område. Kort promenad till mysig strand med gratis solstolar om man köpte något ur baren. Vänlig personal i supermarket bara en liten bit från huset. Bra utbud av restauranger. Lätt att åka buss in till Chania.

Great villa!!! We Stayed the whole day at the villa and we had a wonderful time. Both the house and the pool area were very clean! Very close to nightlife area!!! Owners very friendly and discreet! Higly recommended!
It was very clean and quiet, and in a great location for reaching bars/supermarkets/restaurants, our host was also very helpful and collecting the keys and meeting was easy.

Some restaurants and shopping were right on site. The beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes. By bus or taxi, you were within 15-25 min. In Chania. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa! Thank you for everything!
We had a wonderful visit. The property was new and very clean. The host was very attentive to all of our needs and made us feel very welcome. It’s a great property and we can’t wait for our next visit so we can stay there again!
We have had a very nice week in the house. It is in walking distance from the beach and several restaurants and has a nice little pool.
Airconditioning in the bedrooms is very nice. We just had some issues getting the airco in the living room to work, but that was not realy important.
All in all a very nice house where we found ourselves comfortable and safe.
