The host was very quickly responsive with any queries, and the heated pool was much larger than most villas we have stayed at and was superb. Twice weekly cleaners helped keep the place immaculate and everything looked brand new!

The villa is located in the best part of Falassarna (the quieter end), very private and with quick access to the beach (a few minutes in the car).
The house is lovely and very well equipped (even sharp knives in the kitchen, often not the case in other villas we have rented).
The welcome pack in the kitchen was very generous (fruit, cakes, cereals, butter, eggs, lovely olive oil and more) and there were also well stocked cupboards with herbs and spices etc.
The outside space is fabulous with a beautiful large infinity pool and extensive gardens with multiple different places and furniture to sit and enjoy the stunning view.
There was also table tennis and basket ball hoop. Plus umbrellas to take to the beach. We were even supplied a cool box and tupperware when requested.
Nothing was too much to ask. Dimitris is an exception host it was lovely to meet him, we will see you again sometime!.

Phalassarna was a really lovely place to visit, the house was gorgeous, the pool was wonderful, the hosts had thought of absolutely everything so we were very comfortable.
The local restaurants were a delight and we were well looked after and the prices were reasonable.
We were thankful of our hire car as that is a must for the area. The butchers the hosts recommended meant we had some super bbq's as a family, played lots of cards and really relaxed.
We travelled to Chania for a day, and the boat trip to Balos was well worth it. Our teenage boys, 16 and 14 jet ski'd and snorkelled, the beaches were brilliant. We played cards, table tennis and read books. Our 13 yr old daughter barely left the pool.
We had a wonderful 10 days, unwinding, relaxing and very well spent. Highly recommend.
The place is immaculate, breathtaking , every detail of the house was made with attention to detail. All the guests truly had a great time. I enjoyed the location, the house, the privacy, it was close distance to the beach

The pictures do not show how incredibly beautiful the view from the pool to the bay is. The infinity pool is a dream! The interior of the villa leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, the whole house, everything is new or new, nicely furnished and very clean. Satellite TV, PS4 (with games), air conditioning, electric stove + microwave oven - the sauna and hot tub, everything is also technically perfect and at a high level. Even our fridge was stocked with wine and food for the first few days and there were even cakes from the friendly hosts.
High end modern property with everything you could need. We stayed for a week with 2 children and had a great time. Dimitris and Nancy great hosts with helpful local hints. Would definitely stay again, well worth it.
