Agape means love and you are going to fall in love with this property. The villa has a summery decoration style and all the rooms have a pool view and sea view. The property is 6000 square meters with 100 olive trees, it is quiet, and private, with no exposure to neighbors. The swimmingpool is 53 squaremetres.
On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen with an island and a dining table for up to six people. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. All the areas of the ground floor have access and a view to the pool. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a bathroom and a living room. The living room has a beautiful sea view and access to the terrace. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Swimming and playing in the big pool and relaxing on the deck by enjoying the view is what will make you not want to leave from there.
The plot of the villa is fenced and there is a gate at the entrance. From the gate, you follow the road, which leads directly outside of the villa, where you can leave your car. Extra space remains for other cars too. Villa Agape is located in a quiet area. The center of the village Kokkino Chorio is 2.5 km away. In the village, you can find local supermarkets and tavernas. The closest beach is Koutalas Beach 4km away and the closest organized beach is in Almyrida and which is 6.5 km away.
Kokkino Chorio Chania is located in the northwest part of Chania, in the Apokoronas region. Its architecture with stone-built houses gives it a very traditional character. At a very close distance, there are several sandy beaches with crystalline waters, while the area around the village is characterized by its many caves such as Karavospilios and Katalimata. The square in front of the central church of the village was the filming location of the 1964 awarded film “Zorba the Greek” starring Anthony Quinn. Close to the village “Cave of elephants” is full of stalactites and stalagmites and surely will be a unique experience. Worth visiting at the entrance of the village is a glass processing factory, open for visitors to witness this beautiful craft of blown glass making.

Fantastic sea view, a very modern and stylish villa, a place to relax
The villa is beautiful. We were six adults and had loads of room, plenty of equipment, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The common areas are spacious and the premises was spotlessly clean. Stunning views and lovely pool area. On the whole Crete is stunning, the villa is beautiful and overall would recommend.
It is rare that a house is even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures. We could not be happier with the vacation. The check-in and rental assistance were also top notch.
In addition to a small welcome gift, we lacked nothing. I can 100% recommend Villa Agape.
The place is AMAZING! Very clean and had all of the necessities we required. Air conditioners in every room, wifi, clean pool, plenty of cooking utensils, pots/pans. The host was very sweet and kind. She met us there the night we arrived and left some small welcome gifts for us. She was available during our entire stay and would respond within a minute or two each time I reached out to her for questions.
