All rooms have air conditioning units. A central feature of the villa is the large outdoor living space with pool, seating and dining area, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and children’s play structure. The large property includes beautiful gardens and an orange orchard. The villa is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy both the tranquility and privacy of the property while being close to all of the beautiful sites and beaches in Chania. We are located 10 minutes outside Chania city center and 5 mins to the beach.
Villa Pervoli Chania is located on the main road leading to the village of Varipetro. You will found conveniently located a short distance to a small convince store/market, bakery/sweet and coffee shop, as well as, gas station (600m). The village of Varipetro is known for its olive and orange orchards and mountain views. The village has both traditional homes as well as newer properties. Attractions close to the village include a water park, a lake with walking paths, and the St. Sunday monastery.
Varypetro is located just 9 km outside of Chania, in the area of Therissos and is built at an altitude of 95 meters. It is a rural village, located on the slopes of the hills. The area is beautifully dotted with pines, olives, oranges, tangerines and avocados. It is a traditional village that thrives due to the water park (Limnoupolis) and right next door is a go-kart track also here and the ruins of an ancient castle (Kastellos).
In Varypetro, one can see various monuments or enjoy local delicacies in the taverns that exist in the surrounding areas. Near the village is the Monastery of Agia Kyriaki which was restored in 1992. The area around the nunnery is magnificent there you will find a forest, a small gorge and cobblestone paths which lead to cave chapels. Varypetro is far from the noise of the city but close enough that you do not miss anything

Our family stayed at Villa Pervoli for 10 days. What can I say: it was fantastic. Upon arrival we were greeted by Nikos and Sophio with fine treats. The two showed us everything and offered their help at any time. The house, the pool, the relaxation corners .. everything was perfect. For us it is clear that we will definitely go back to Villa Pervoli the next time we visit Chania. THANK YOU for the wonderful time!
Sophia & Niko were excellent hosts and provided the most delightful treats and finishing touches such as fresh produce, baking & a delicious antipasto platter on arrival. Very spacious and clean villa, perfect for a relaxing family stay. Good location close enough to Chania but out of the hustle and bustle.
We stayed at Villa Pergolli for 10 days. There were 7 of us. We were welcomed personally by the family with refreshments after a long journey. The house and gardens were spotless, the pool was clean, towels were provided and communication was very responsive. All the family was helpful in so many ways.
On arrival at the house, Nikos and Sofia were waiting for us with a big smile. There were also platters of fresh fruit, also Nikos' mother had baked two delicious cakes and there were bowls of fruit and vegetables from his garden. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Nikos' father came several times to maintain the garden and bring us the ripe oranges from the orchard. The house was cleaned during our stay which was also very nice. The map with tips for beaches and restaurants was also very good. Nikos and his wife are very welcoming and helpful to complete your stay.
Sofia and Nikos are incredible and think of every detail. They brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden and even an incredible cake from a local bakery. The house is gorgeous and extremely clean. Great location to have easy access by car to several great sites and beaches. We would love to come back!
