5 of us (all adults) stayed at this villa for 10 nights. We had the most amazing holiday in this beautiful villa. We have been staying in villas for years but have never come across such a spotlessly clean well equipped villa before. The kitchens were very well equipped with every type of cup, glass, pan or bowl that you could possibly wish for which made our self catering experience much easier than we normally find in a villa. The air conditioning was great and much needed as we visited during the first heatwave of the year.
From the day we booked the villa until the end of our holiday Periklis cannot have been more friendly or helpful. He helped us with our airport transfers (Crete Lux Travel), recommended a supermarket that would deliver to us (Ab supermarket) and even sent me details of an app (Wolt) we could use to have meals delivered if we didn't feel like cooking. All of which worked really well!
The house was new and nice, perfect size for two families (8 people). Nice and well-equipped kitchen, and nice balcony and outdoor area. A little long walking distance from the beach and shops, so you should have a car. We had a great week in the villa!
The villa was even more in favor than in the photos. The villa was clean and spotless. The periklis was very friendly and took care of the high chair, pots, and quality travel crib for our toddler, which made our travel easier. We got helpful tips from the host about the services. We traveled with a big family which included 8 adults and one child. There was room, private bedrooms for couples, and privacy for everyone. The house had three floors and included 4 bedrooms. From the bedrooms, you can access the terrace, balcony, or pool area. For a family with children, a separate apartment downstairs with its own toilets and living rooms was very functional and private. There was a comprehensive selection of swimming toys to borrow in the downstairs garage, which our toddler was very happy about. The kitchen was well stocked. Taxi drivers had trouble finding their way. 1km walk to the store and kid-friendly stunning sandy beach. Thanks
Our family of 7 stayed at Joy villa for a week, we couldn’t have been happier with the property the photos actually don’t do it justice on the site. The Host was very responsive to any issues and questions we asked. There is a short 10 minute walk to the supermarket through a cut through which is less hilly than taking the road route. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which takes you to chania centre for only 2 euros which only takes 10minutes. Food was amazing we didn’t have one bad meal. Thank you for being a great host.
We spent a week here with our three children, their partner and our grandson. The house was equipped with all comforts and with a wonderful private swimming pool. Chania is fifteen minutes by car, restaurants are a fifteen-minute walk.
Periklis was such a wonderful host, the villa was gorgeous and was in a brilliant location for exploring the local coasts and restaurants. Looking forward to coming again soon!

A great stay!
All were very clean and tidy, and both beach and shower towels were provided which was a nice touch. AC is great throughout the villa which is much needed in the summer months. A short 10/15 min walk to some lovely beaches, with the option to get the bus to more which was at the end of the road (route no.21). Big supermarket is also about a 10/15 min walk away. Could not recommend this villa enough, the host was very helpful with good communication, just be aware of the local quiet time rules! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our vacation in Crete was perfect not at least because of the great villa from Mrs. Lentas. The house we stayed one week is located about 6 km from Chania center/old harbor (with our rented cars we drove there in less than ten minutes) in a quite area 1 km walking to the beach. On our arriving day we could move into before the official check in time. The villa was absolutely clean. On top of everything the house was completely cleaned after 4 days. We got new towels and fresh flowers. Any problem or question? – Send a message, Mrs. Lentas solved everything! The house had enough space for 10 people and everything you need also for cooking or having barbecue. We hope to have left the house in such a condition that we can come back one day.
