The 4-level villa offers huge lounge areas for relaxation both inside and outside. The interior is influenced by the amazing sea view with big windows from wall to wall. The main entrance is from the first floor which consists of two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, and a WC. Three airy bedrooms with high-quality mattresses are located on the ground floor. The master room has an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. A fully equipped bathroom with a hydro massage shower column is located on the same floor. All bedrooms have a TV and air conditioning.

Me and four of my friends stayed in Aggelos' stunning villa in Chania for 11 nights. We had such a lovely stay. The villa is gorgeous and Aggelos was so helpful with any and all questions/recommendations we came with (there were many!). The rooftop was our personal highlight, the views were just stunning! A lovely beach is less than a 5minute walk from the villa and we used local taxis to get into Chania Town which is a 10min drive away.
This is a spectacular house in a fantastic location with great views of the sea and an easy, short bus ride into Chania town. The house was exactly as described and the pool is fantastic. The wonderful host who can’t do enough to help you. Highly recommend.
The most amazing sunrises and beautiful sunsets. The place was a little difficult to find at first but once arrived it became much easier to navigate. The house is amazing and luxurious with high end appliances, comfortable air conditioning, great pool and even a decent home gym! The rooftop patio/deck was beautifully appointed and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine or even eat dinner at sunset. The neighborhood is close walking distance to the beach and some good restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute drive to old town Chania. The host is amazing and extremely responsive with answers to pretty much any question we had. Highly highly recommended!
So modern, spacious, and plenty big enough for 6 people. The private pool is nice and the rooftop is large, with lovely furniture and the most fantastic views. Nice 40-minute walk into the town, and plenty of places to stop off on the way to see the sunset whilst sipping cocktails. Good communication with the host he answered any question straight away. Would highly recommend it.
