We have stayed in many villas. This was the best. Exactly as described and a beautifully architected space.
All beds super king and 5 stars for comfort. Kitchen equipped for 6 adults with great glassware. We took the pool heating due to it being late in the season. Pool at 29 degrees all day long!
Location is very private and a spectacular sunset each day on the balcony. Best beaches in Crete 5 minutes drive away.
With the pool being heated we didn’t try the indoor jacuzzi or sauna but I’m sure this would be great in the winter months.

The house is spacious with modern, very tasteful furnishings. On the ground floor there is a living room and an open kitchen, a guest toilet and a bedroom with a shower room and a view of the pool. We used the two bedrooms on the lower floor (built on a slope), each with its own shower room and exit to the lower terrace. The equipment is perfect, everything you could need is there. It was very clean and was even cleaned again during our week. The outdoor areas are spacious and beautifully planted, the private pool is very large with several loungers and umbrellas. You are completely undisturbed. The view of the bay is beautiful. In Falassarna village there are many good tavernas to suit all tastes, Kissamos village is about a 15 minute drive. The owners are very helpful and give lots of tips and information. All in all we had a perfect stay, highly recommended.
My wife and I stayed here with our 3 children, daughter in law and granddaughter. Everyone was extremely happy in this beautiful villa. Close to amazing beaches and great restaurants. Amazing villa in a great location and completely private.

The pool and patio were the perfect place to enjoy such a beautiful setting. The sunset views of the beach and sea were unbelievable!
We used the the kitchen and outdoor grill to cook dinner several times, and everything worked just as it should.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and super comfortable.
