Blue Skiathos Villa is a luxury villa rental with 6 bedrooms and a private pool. The villa is situated on a plot of land approximately 4,200 square meters sleeping for 12 people. The land slopes down from the main gates to the Aegean Sea and its own private jetty. The internal accommodation is approximately 300 square metres split over 2 floors. There are also 2 pergolas for outside dining (28 square metres) and an outside lounge (30 square metres).

All designed to be modern and minimalist. Double glazed windows and tiled floors throughout. Fujitsu Air conditioning in every room. Electronic safe and Smart T.V. in each bedroom. Fitted Smoked Mirrored wardrobes and storage in each bedroom. Egyptian quality bed linen and towels.
The First floor consists of double doors at the rear of the Villa leading into a large entrance hall which has a small W.C. and 4 bedrooms. Utility room with hot and cold water, sink, Whirlpool automatic washing machine and storage cupboards. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom #1 is the master suite, comprising King size bed, smoked mirrored wardrobes, bedroom furniture and 2 armchairs. Large en suite bathroom and shower. Bedroom #2 large bedroom with double bed, large en suite bathroom, and an additional double sofa bed. Bedroom #3 this room comprises of 2 single beds but could be changed into one double if required. The bathroom is located opposite this room with shower, WC etc. Bedroom #4 double bedroom with a large en suite bathroom.
On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen that is large modern and minimalist, fitted with the latest design compact 12mm thin worktops and gloss white cupboards. Appliances include 2 Whirlpool refrigerators, a whirlpool freezer, whirlpool dishwasher, AEG microwave, Beko ceramic hob and oven. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large dining table that can accommodate 12 people. The living area is open plan there are 2 large modern sofas and relaxing chairs in the living room area, to relax and watch out across the bay towards Skiathos town. There is a large 49-inch Smart T.V. and log burning fire for wintertime. Bedroom #5 is another suite that comprises King size bed, a large en suite bathroom, and an additional double sofa bed and Bedroom #6 has a double bed with an en-suite shower, wardrobes etc.
The Boat House / Honeymoon suite is situated in the lower garden adjacent to the Aegean sea and our private Jetty. This is a self contained unit, featuring a 4 poster double bed, vaulted beamed ceiling, en- suite bathroom and shower. Kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils etc. There is a 49 inch smart TV and 2 arm chairs. The Boat House is an optional extra and sleeps 2 people if required at an additional cost.
Punta peninsula is an area at Skiathos island with breathtaking beaches, pine trees, and olive groves. Punta is only minutes away from the town of Skiathos and very close to the airport. Enjoy the panoramic view of the city while swimming at the beautiful beach of Lazareta and the rest organized beaches. Lazareta is the best uncrowded sandy beach on the island covered with a thick layer of sand, ideal for relaxing sunbath. Eat at the local restaurants and taste the splendid Greek cuisine while you enjoying the fine sea view.

spent a wonderful few days with friends at Blue Skiathos. The villa was lovely, the weather was perfect, and our host, was perfect! The view from our room was breathtaking and included Skiathos Town. The villa was fully equipped, and I really appreciated the UK plug connections. There is plenty of room for everyone and numerous seating options. I especially enjoyed the pool and bar. The indoor/outdoor kitchen and the Barbeque spaces seemed useful for our large gathering. It was quick and simple to get to Skiathos town because there were several taxis available. If you wanted to leave such a wonderful place for a day or night away, there is plenty to see and do.
For a family vacation to honor a particular birthday, we reserved the Villa, and what a wonderful 12 nights we had there. Blue Skiathos is a large, spotless, and contemporary hotel, and John, the owner, is fantastic. I truly can't say enough good things about this site. When you first enter through the front gate, the scenery is absolutely stunning and the pictures really don't do it justice. A five-minute drive will bring you to a small local beach, or you may swim from the private jetty.
I don't know what to say about Blue Skiathos. . There is great attention to detail, including USB ports, UK outlets, and the ability to link your phone to the music system. Fantastic patio areas with sun loungers and play places for kids surround the pool. The pool bar is the ideal finishing touch, and the Barbeque and shaded seating areas are fantastic. Once inside the home, which is hidden behind private security gates and offers views of Skiathos, it feels like a small haven. I can assure you that it is quite a sight to watch jets fly in while standing by a pool. You won't be dissatisfied.
