Alkyoni Villa is a 210 sq.m. property, fully furnished and beautifully decorated that will undoubtedly cover your every need.
The villa is fully equipped with sheets, bath and beach towels that you will need during your stay. Hand soap and toilet paper provided upon arrival in all bathrooms, while extra supplies you can get from the nearby village of Gennadi, only five minutes away by car. Internet, Satellite TV, ping-pong, pool-table are some of the utilities that we offer the guests. We are committed to do anything possible in order for you to feel relaxed and comfortable during your stay in Rhodes. Ground Floor
There is a spacious, air-conditioned living room (40 sq.m.). The dinning area and entertainment centre make up the setting for relaxing quality time around the fireplace, while outside the elevated veranda equipped with lounge furniture and a captivating, panoramic view of 225 degrees to the Aegean, will take your breath away! The elegant and modern furniture will provide the ultimate sense of comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, ready to satisfy the most demanding guests.
First Floor
The classic marble staircase leads to the first floor and the three comfortable, fully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms. The first one with a king size bed and the other two with queen-size beds. The bedrooms also feature bedside cabinet, boudoir and amazing sea view balconies. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shiny porcelain toilet and a boudoir with a wall mirror. Both bathrooms (ground and first floor), are decorated with modern Mediterranean colors providing an elegant, contemporary aesthetic.
Semi-floor
Downstairs you will find the entertainment room, the library, the TV room with a large sofabed, the pool-table and the foosball table for precious playful moments, while two extra air-conditioned bedrooms are ideal for a nap between the fun and games. The rooms have 2 showers for refreshing after a day at the beach or the swimming pool, while next to the bathroom you will find the modernly equipped washing machine room with an extra freezer.
Garden
The 1.5 acres of private land is filled with Mediterranean tree varieties, grass, bushes and flowers that essentially form a secluded oasis for refreshing and romantic vacations. Modern outdoor furniture and sunbeds are also provided for you to enjoy the view of the Aegean Sea and the serine environment of your enormous private swimming pool. The Barbecue with the kiosk are also available and fully equipped for unforgettable dinners under the clear sky.
Beach
Alkyoni Villa is situated only150 meters from the beach, where we have 4 sunbeds and two parasols waiting just for you.
Lachania beach is situated 70 km from Rhodes Town and between Lindos and Prassonisi. This is a large sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Around and about the beach you will find developed tourist facilities and a wide range of accommodation. All amenities are within walking distance. There are delicious fish taverns which will tickle your pallet with their fresh tastes. A short drive from Lachania, there is the isolated beach of Plimiri for lovers of serenity and seclusion. Nearby there is also the popular windsurfing resort of Prassonisi for more active crowds.

We were given a description of the lodging options and amenities. Fruit and a bottle of wine are on the table, and the service is quite polite. The location is excellent and convenient to the local beaches. The BBQ next to the pool is constantly utilized, and the pool is really roomy. The manager is responsive and readily available.
The villa is lovely and the owners very nice. Had a lovely welcome basket. The pool is nice and the surrounding areas.
A car is essential as not much around but in a car pefkos is only a 25 minute drive and the supermarket is about 10 minutes.
