There is a spacious air-conditioned living room with a separate lounge area. There is also a dining area, and the entertainment center features a 32inch LED satellite TV, a PlayStation console with a few games, a laptop, as well as a comfortable setting for leisure time in front of the fireplace. Outside, the veranda is equipped with lounge furniture overlooking the pool and the garden. The elegant and modern outdoor furniture will provide you with the ultimate sense of comfort. Outside you will also find a large private pool with sunbeds and parasols, a large BBQ facility with all the necessary equipment, and a small football field.
There are two comfortable, fully furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms, we call them “Heaven” and “Ocean”. The “Heaven” features a king-size bed and is decorated in white and blue colors to add an appeal of tradition to a rejuvenating experience. The “Ocean” bedroom has two single beds and is decorated in white and brown colors to create a cozy, homier atmosphere through earth tones. The bathroom is a full suite with bath/shower, wc, washbasin and there is also a hairdryer and a mirror. It also features a sink, a shiny porcelain toilet, and a boudoir with a wall mirror, decorated with modern blue and white colors providing an elegant, contemporary aesthetic.
Minas Villa Rhodes has a spacious open-plan kitchen with natural light pouring in from the windows. Doors will lead you to the front of the pool terrace for the ultimate alfresco dining experience. The kitchens are fully equipped with an oven hob and extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, and all the kitchenware needed for you to prepare and enjoy meals.
Next to the main villa, there is an annex building with two bedrooms, a separate entrance for each bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a large sharing veranda. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd has twin beds with plasma Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
A large private pool with sunbeds and parasols, a large BBQ facility with all the necessary equipment, a small football field is some of the services that we provide to our customers.
Gennadi in Rhodes, Dodecanese is a village located 60 km south of central Rhodes. It is a small settlement with tasteful taverns, small hotels, apartments and villas. Wander around the narrow streets and picturesque white-washed houses. The old olive press of the village will reveal techniques of the past. Do not omit to taste the fine Greek cuisine. Gennadi will also amaze you with its crystalline beaches. Worth visiting are the magnificent Byzantine churches of Ioannis Theologos and Agia Anastasia. There are various local shops with great souvenirs and handmade objects of folklore art. You can also take a short walk in Gennadi barrage which boasts small lakes in a beautiful verdant scenery. Last but not least, if you are a surf lover Prassonisi is the place to choose for some surfing action.

The surroundings were lovely and serene, and the communication was excellent. The property was neat and well-kept, and the pool was excellent and regularly cleaned while we were there. There are many sunbeds there.
