There are five fully air-conditioned bedrooms, including three with double beds and two with twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and hydromassage features, while there is an additional bathroom with a bathtub and hydromassage, as well as another bathroom with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any meal, and it seamlessly flows into the inviting sitting area. Additionally, there is a smaller kitchen offering tea and coffee facilities. Melia Villa boasts two spacious living rooms, each located on a different floor. The villa's incredible interior design exudes tranquility, instantly putting guests at ease.

Koskinou is located between Rhodes town and vibrant Faliraki. It is located 6 kilometers from the capital of the island and it consists of 2 parts, the old village and the newer coastal area.
