The villa is a brand new structure and accommodates up to 6 people in 3 separate bedrooms, fully air-conditioned with comfortable double beds. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom and on the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with balconies overlooking the garden, the pool, and the amazing sea view. The villa has an open plan living room with a sitting area, dining area, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, electric cooker, dishwasher, wine fridge, and small appliances.

Situated in the most elegant part of the island, Villa Sea La Vie is just 18 km away from the famous archaeological site in Lindos and 58 km from Rhodes city center and the Old Town (designated World Heritage site by UNESCO). In the area, there is a good selection of small traditional taverns, restaurants, and cafes. Near the villa, you will also find some supermarkets and shops. The center is 1 km away, or a 15-minute walk, and offers locals and visitors a variety of Tourist shops, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and Health Center & dentistry.
Kiotari beach is located 60 km south of Rhodes Town and just a few minutes drive from the picturesque resort of Lindos. The house is incredible. All the amenities you could possibly need are present, and the service is excellent. To maximize it, simply cross the road to get to the beach that is directly in front of the property. The house features very efficient and quiet air conditioning in every room. Even though it was hot, every night there was a pleasant sea breeze that cooled the home, so we didn't use it very much. Even on a summer day that was 36–37 degrees Celsius, we were able to keep the house cool without the usage of air conditioning since we left the exterior blinds open in the morning.

We had a great time there. Just lovely, right by the sea, is the location. Particularly spectacular is the view from the balcony! at least 5 scrumptious restaurants, all within walking distance. The home is well-furnished!
We rented Villa Sea la Vie for a week in September as a group of three. We were met by the villa owner, Ourania who was lovely and very welcoming. There was a welcome pack waiting for us and she even ordered us some pita gyros to be delivered as we didn’t arrive at the villa until after midnight and hadn’t eaten.
The villa itself is beautiful, it has everything you could possibly need. Its location was perfect for us - within walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars and just across the road from a lovely, quiet beach.
We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed the BBQ facilities at nighttime. We hired a car which gave us more options in terms of exploring the island. We drove to Lindos one night (about 20 mins away) and had a fantastic meal. To be honest, you could probably get away with not having a car at the villa as there are plenty of places within walking distance.
On our final day, we weren’t flying home until 10pm and Ourania very kindly let us stay at the villa until the evening as there weren’t any guests arriving that day. We really appreciated this as it would otherwise have been a long day in the heat, waiting to travel to the airport. As it happened, our flight got cancelled which made us appreciate the gesture even more!
We would all 100% recommend Villa Sea la Vie to our friends and family. We had an amazing holiday and have lots of great memories.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Von sämtlichen Küchenutensilien bis hin zur Strandliege und Sonnenschirm für den nahegelegenen Strand ist alles vorhanden. Falls man ein Busshuttle oder ein Mietauto, was wir empfehlen würden, damit man die Insel besichtigen kann, benötigt, kann man dies einfach mit den Gastgebern vereinbaren.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener, unkomplizierter Urlaub. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen! ☺️☀️
