As you enter the villa, you will find the kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfortable self-catering stay as well as an island with extra seating for 4 guests. The dining area seats 8 persons.
Next to the kitchen, you will find the main living room area which offers ample seating with comfortable sofas, a TV area, and large patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. There is a widescreen television, an upgraded Satellite TV with Video on Demand, and complimentary wireless Internet (Up to 20 Mbps). One of the six bedrooms can be found on this floor which has two single beds and you will also find a bathroom with a shower and WC.
Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, widescreen television, double bed, and the added luxury of a large walk-in wardrobe. There are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a large shared balcony leading from the bedrooms where you can enjoy the stunning Protaras sea views. The main family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, and WC can also be found on this floor.
Outside in the garden, the spacious covered and uncovered areas provide plenty of room for outside dining, sunbathing, and relaxation as well as a barbecue, sun-loungers, and large private pool. Furnished to a very high standard both inside and outside with modern furniture, this villa is the ultimate choice for those looking for their relaxing and comfortable dream holiday.
Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla.
