As you enter the villa, you will find the kitchen, living room, and dining area with breathtaking sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfortable self-catering stay. The dining area seats 12 guests. The living room area offers ample seating with comfortable sofas, a TV area, and large patio doors leading to a veranda. There is a widescreen television, a Satellite TV, and complimentary wireless Internet. There is also a toilet on this floor.
Upstairs on the first floor, you will find 3 of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, a double bed, and a balcony. There is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom (kids room). From the double bedrooms, you can enjoy the stunning Protaras sea views. The main family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, and WC can also be found on this floor.
On the lower floor, there is a further double bedroom, another bedroom with a double sofa bed and a family bathroom. There is also a dining area with patio doors leading to the pool area. Outside in the garden, the spacious covered and uncovered areas provide plenty of room for outside dining, sunbathing, and relaxation as well as a barbecue, sun-loungers, and large private pool.
A further room with private access can be found by the pool and it has a double bedroom, Shower and W/C, and a living room. Furnished to a very high standard both inside and outside with modern furniture, this villa is the ultimate choice for those looking for their relaxing and comfortable dream holiday.
Protaras is a tourist resort under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, used to be the old city-state of Leukolla. Protaras is also known as "the land of windmills", maintaining a nostalgic note from the past. Protaras features sandy beaches with crystalline waters, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay.
