Villa Horizon Split is a luxurious and superbly decorated villa situated among the cliffs of Jasenice, halfway between the city of Split, the second-largest city in Croatia famous for the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and the town Omiš, a historical harbor located at the mouth of the river Cetina known for the pirates which were roaming the sea throughout the history.
This modern and elegant villa combines impeccable style and functionality, creating an ambiance of comfort and luxury that will leave no one indifferent. Villa Horizon is carefully designed to provide privacy, peace, and quiet to all guests who wish to have a relaxing holiday on the Croatian coast. Villa Horizon Split covers 300 m2 of living area divided on the ground and first-floor level and consists of 4 spacious and modern bedrooms with large double beds and en suite bathrooms. Villa can provide comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people.
The ground floor of the villa is designed in an open concept plan carefully designed to provide maximum comfort and luxury. This area consists of a modern kitchen equipped with everything you might need during your stay, a large dining area with a dining table and chairs for 12 persons, a living room with an indoor fireplace, a laundry room, 1 bedroom (king-size double bed) with en suite bathroom and a Finnish sauna. The entire level, including the bedroom, has access to the magnificent pool area with a breathtaking sea view.
The outdoor area is the true highlight of this magnificent villa. One of the best features is undoubtedly the large heated infinity pool (9 x 4 m) with massage tips and breathtaking views stretching over the crystal clear sea and overlooking the nearby islands of Brač and Šolta. During the hot summer days, guests can enjoy their meals on the large outdoor table, soak in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool and on the large outdoor lounge area or simply relax in the outdoor jacuzzi. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors will surely appreciate the electric outdoor grill.
Indoor marble stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with king-size double beds. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and access to a seaview balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, while the other bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers and french balconies with sea view.
Villa Horizon Split is fully air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-fi internet, Finnish sauna, iron and ironing board, baby cot, high chair, safe, indoor fireplace, outdoor sound system, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and hairdryer. Villa Horizon offers two outdoor parking places and one garage parking place, free of charge. Pets are allowed and charged extra.
Between Split and Omis on the coast located a small town called Jesenice, known for its beautiful beaches and secluded coves. Jesenice is an ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday although it is only 15 kilometers from Split, the second-largest city in Croatia.
The place is known for its wooden sailing ships, the old tradition of over 300 years. That is why it is sometimes called the place of Onassis. In the past, these ships were called “salbunjera” which were used for the extraction of sand from the mouth of the rivers Cetina and Neretva; today the inhabitants turned to tourism and wooden sailing ships which are used for organized one-day and multi-day trips along the coast. Jesenice has 2200 inhabitants.
The most interesting thing in Krilo Jesenice is the nautical port. Given that this is a small village, for visiting monuments and other attractions there is the option going to Split or Omis. In the nearby town of Omis, a town situated at the mouth of the Cetina canyon, known as the city of pirates, can enjoy exciting rafting or walk up to the famous fortresses Mirabela and Fortica
Jesenice is the ideal place for those who want to spend most of their vacation time at the beach. The sea is clean and perect for swimming.
Split is the second-largest city of Croatia and the largest city of the region of Dalmatia, located on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea. It is a focal point in terms of transport and a popular tourist destination, linked to the Adriatic islands and the Apennine peninsula. Its name most likely comes from the Latin and Italian words for “Palace” for the fact that it encompasses grandiose palace grounds which are a part of Split's historical city center. Diocletian's Palace, the retirement home of the Roman emperor Diocletian, is along with the medieval suburbs of the city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The palace dates back to the 3rd century AD and has transformed over the centuries into an inhabited fortress, which has been shaped from the influences of different inhabitants and conquerors- Roman, Ottoman and Venetian. Today it is a lively square with many cafés. The Podrumi, the impressive and beautifully restored cellars of the palace are now used for stands selling souvenir.
