The residence is located just 900 m from the nearest beach and within the walking distance of the nearest grocery store (180 m), restaurants (650 m), and cafes (800 m), while marina Kaštela is only 950 m away. The accommodation has easy access to the main coastal road and to the motorway, offering many touring possibilities in the coastal region and in the Dalmatian hinterland.
The residence consists of 7 elegant and stylish villas on gated property designed for maximum comfort and luxury: villa Audrey, villa Grace, villa Brigitte, villa Marilyn, villa Elizabeth, villa Sophia, and villa Ingrid. Each villa is carefully designed in a similar, but yet unique way with attention to detail and the use of the best materials that combine style and functionality in order to be your perfect home away from home.
Villa Elizabeth Split covers the area of 142 m2 divided on the ground and first floor and consists of 4 contemporary bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons. The ground floor is designed as a spacious and bright lounge area which consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, contemporary living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed, and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become an open concept.
A modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air-conditioning and SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony. One of the highlights of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area with a heated outdoor pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth), which uses electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard pool cleaning systems. A charming well-maintained garden will provide a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool.
Villa Elizabeth Splitis fully air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hairdryer, washing machine and board games for children. The baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 2 gated parking places, free of charge. Guests can use the outdoor grill.
Kaštel Gomilica was built by the Benedictine nuns from Split in the first half of the 16th century. The nuns built it on the estate (Pustica) which they received as a donation from King Zvonimir of Croatia in 1078 and also built the Romanesque Church of St. Cosmas and Damian in 1160, and erected a Catholic monastery on a small island known today Kaštilac
The town of Kaštela is located on the coast of the Bay of Kaštela. It is the second-largest town in Split and Dalmatia County and It has over 40 000 inhabitants.
The eastern part of the city is a little industrial center. Cement factories, a steel mill, and many shopping malls are situated there. Agriculture based on crops traditional for this region is developed in the Field of Kaštela and on the slopes of Kozjak, the growing of olives, grapes, and cherries flourish in recent times.
The western part of the town is more tourism-oriented. This is the area with the most accommodation capacities: tourist apartments, rooms, camps, and hotels.
Split is the second-largest city of Croatia and the largest city of the region of Dalmatia, located on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea. It is a focal point in terms of transport and a popular tourist destination, linked to the Adriatic islands and the Apennine peninsula. Its name most likely comes from the Latin and Italian words for “Palace” for the fact that it encompasses grandiose palace grounds which are a part of Split's historical city center. Diocletian's Palace, the retirement home of the Roman emperor Diocletian, is along with the medieval suburbs of the city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The palace dates back to the 3rd century AD and has transformed over the centuries into an inhabited fortress, which has been shaped from the influences of different inhabitants and conquerors- Roman, Ottoman and Venetian. Today it is a lively square with many cafés. The Podrumi, the impressive and beautifully restored cellars of the palace are now used for stands selling souvenir.
