The main entrance is from the north side, entering into a reception area with a guest bathroom, followed by the entrance to the living room area, dining, and kitchen. Two separate suites are located on the ground floor, with king-size beds, SAT-TV, tea and coffee facilities, direct access to the terrace and porch area, and the villa private lawn. In the dining room, there is an open fireplace and multiple exits to the porch and summer kitchen with an open fireplace and cooking facilities and seating for 8 people.
From the main entrance is a staircase that leads you to the first floor, to the master bedroom and VIP bedroom. In front of the bedrooms, there is an open space office area. The Master bedroom is equipped with a bath and walk-in shower, and the VIP room has a comfortable walk-in shower. Both of the rooms have balconies, a Master overlooking the Mirna valley, and both with a view of Motovun.
Villa is surrounded by a lawn with olive trees, a swimming pool area including 50m2 of sun deck area, and a 70 m2 pool. The lower terrace area consists of additional decking.
Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea, located at the head of the Adriatic between the Gulf of Trieste and the Kvarner Gulf. It is shared by three countries: Croatia for its most part, Slovenia, and Italy. Istria is a heart-shaped, 3600-sq-km peninsula in the country's northwest. It features a bucolic scenery of rolling hills and fertile plains and is a favorite destination for food- and culture-focused lovers to Istria’s hilltop villages and farmhouse restaurants, while the indented coastline is enormously popular with the sun-and-sea set. Despite the vast hotel complexes which line much of the coast and the fact that the rocky beaches are not Croatia’s best, facilities are wide-ranging and the sea is clean offering many secluded spots for maximum relaxation.
