Within this sensational villa, you will also find a gym with a shower and on the same level wine cellar offering some of the best Croatian wines, which are actually produced in Sveta Nedjelja village, which is world-famous for its wineries and vineyards covering the very steep hills above the sea.
The outdoor area of Villa Sancta Domenica is a true oasis for resting and relaxing, far away from the stresses of everyday life. The villa is located right next to the sea, surrounded by fragrant pine trees. It has several terraces and magical nooks perfect for an ideal vacation. On the first terrace, which is situated close to the sea and is beautifully landscaped with greenery, you will find several lounges and a unique garden swing. This place is perfect for relaxing with a novel in your hands while listening to the serene sounds of the waves. The highlight of the space is a jacuzzi with a view worth a thousand words and apart from all this, you'll find a fireplace, a summer kitchenette and a dining room, again with a view to kill.
A few meters from the first terrace, a few stone stairs lead to the main terrace. The main terrace has a swimming pool (40m²) with an outdoor shower and an outside lounge area with stylish deck chairs. Of course, there is a large dining table for al-fresco dining. With the touch of the gentle mistral, this place will relax all your senses. The beautiful arches of the covered terrace create a romantic ambience where you will experience sheer pleasure.
From the main terrace, there is an entrance to the ground floor of the villa. Here, you will find a spacious and modern decorated living room equipped as a five-star villa should be. The kitchen area covers a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and an area in between where you’ll find an extra toilet. From the kitchen, one path leads to the back of the villa, whereas another hallway leads towards the living room. There you’ll see an impressive backyard, which connects the entire villa as a strong spine.
On the first floor, you will find three very spacious and modern decorated bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and shower and south-oriented terrace with loungers which are perfect for complete relaxation. The attic houses two bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
In the basement, there's a unique and comfortable wine cellar and a spa with a sauna, massage room, shower and toilet. An interesting passage leads to a gym with a toilet and shower, which can normally be entered from the outside of the villa. Apart from everything, the basement has a large garage for 3 cars and, next to it, a professional laundry area. Lovers of boating have at their disposal RIB with skippers which can take them away to the beautiful bays of Hvar such as Lučišće, famous for its sandy beach (much larger than the one in the village). In the nearby marina, there is a possibility of mooring yachts or boats and thanks to video surveillance and alarms as well as a smart house system you’ll be absolutely safe. If needed, the villa has a small helipad as well.
