On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and dining area which leads into the living area. The dining area opens up to the outdoor dining space and floods the room with light, perfect for a tranquil atmosphere. The kitchen comes with all modern appliances to create home-cooked food during your stay. The outdoor terrace area is perfect for spending time with your loved ones and enjoying the Mediterranean weather. There is space to relax and sunbathe as well as a cool down in the large private swimming pool. As well as accessing this area via the ground floor French doors, you can gain access to the pool from the first-floor terrace.
The first-floor terrace links to one of the four double bedrooms within the villa. This terrace has more outdoor furniture and provides beautiful views of the Croatian surroundings. The four double bedrooms are furnished comfortably and provide ample storage space. There are also 4 modern bathrooms in the villa with a bath and shower, some of which are connected to the bedrooms. There is also a washing machine within one of the bathrooms to make this villa a true home away from home. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-fi, a direct telephone line, and Internet.
The enchanting island of Hvar is located in the Adriatic Sea directly off the Dalmatian coast. The 297.37 sq km island has an average of 2,718 hours of sunshine per year - perfect for a relaxing holiday all year round. Visitors often compare the beaches on Hvar to those of the French Riviera as they share the typical welcoming Mediterranean flair. In the air, you will feel the scent of blossoming lavender during the months of June and early July when the whole island will be carpeted with flowers. This wonderful sight specifically attracts many visitors who want to see the delightful blossoms. The island has idyllic swimming coves, pebbly beaches and the card-postal-perfect beaches for swimming as well as for exercising water sports. Hvar has its original preserved idyll that offers guests everything they are looking for on holiday: recreation, sunshine, beautiful beaches and a variety of cultural events.
A typical characteristic of the Croatian island of Hvar is its many hidden, secluded coves that are almost all perfectly suitable for sunbathing and swimming. The crystal clear, warm waters of the Adriatic maximize bathing pleasure. Many beaches can be reached within a short drive. Hikers enjoy exploring the island by foot or bicycle, strolling through the sparse pine forests and discovering the typical Mediterranean landscape. Right near the town of Hvar, small beautiful bays lure you to stay for a relaxing day at sea. A family-friendly beach is Pokonji Dol Beach, located on the eastern outskirts of the town and can be reached in a half an hour's walk from the center. Besides the well-known and popular major beaches there are yet numerous other secluded and therefore hardly frequented bays. The largest of the Hell Islands, Sveti Klement, is also attractive with its Palmizana Marina, the oldest and most popular destination.
