The villa is approached via a country lane into the parking area. The villa is set on 3 floors and can be approached via the main entrance. The ground floor features the main entrance hall, spacious living area with comfortable sofas, beautifully designed kitchen with Central Island, dining area which can seat up to 10 persons, bedroom with double bed and sofa. There is also a separate bathroom. Glass doors from the dining area lead out to a shady sea view patio equipped with siting furniture.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the Villa Velvet Dubrovnik. This floor features 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms have double beds and two have shared sea and pool view terrace with seating furniture where you can enjoy the stunning view. On the ground floor (basement) there is a laundry room and an extra toilet.
Villa Velvet Dubrovnik is surrounded by nice terraces and an amazing swimming pool with a lot of space for sunbeds and lounges. The pool area is accessed via steps down from the villa. There is also outdoor dining furniture where you can enjoy prepared specialities.. However, the most exquisite part of the property that will leave you breathless is the stunning view of the deep blue sea.
The villa would suit a family/two families travelling together or a group of friends looking for a comfortable base to relax in whilst at the same time be within easy access of areas of interest. The whole house is decorated with great attention and provides you with all possible comfort that you can think of.
The unofficially known as the "Dubrovnik Riviera" and officially as the Zupa Dubrovacka named after the Zupa bay, stretches over 20km of diamond coast between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Sunny and not spoilt with excessive tourism, this region is predominantly agricultural boasting a stunning scenery.
The vegetation is Mediterranean and the wealth of coves and emerald beaches has made the region a favorite resort spot for locals and visitors, especially in recent years. Just behind the mountains lies Bosnia-Hercegovina.
The principal villages of the Riviera are Kupari, Srebreno, Mlini, Soline and Plat. Of these villages, Mlini is the largest and most developed, Plat is the quietest and Srebreno has the longest beach.
