As the villa faces the sea, during the day you can choose between spending your time in full sun or in the cool shade under the trees. The Villa is elegantly furnished with a combination of modern design as well as antique furniture of the last and preceding centuries.
From private pier stone path leads to very important feature – private pool with fresh water. A shaded lounging area serves as a welcome respite or a refreshing break during hot and humid days or nights. Villa Calamota spreads over 3 floors; ground, first and second floor. There are 4 double bedrooms in the villa, sleeping 8 guests and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find an equipped gym room, one bedroom with a double bed, and an en-suite modern bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom, you can access the terrace and garden equipped with garden furniture.
On the 1st floor, there are two living rooms, one is a TV room and one is a sitting room with a library. Both with big comfortable sofas, antique furniture and the latest technology, LCD TV and DVD player. From the sitting room are an exit to the east-oriented terrace with a breakfast table under pine trees and access to the garden. A spacious dining room and completely equipped modern kitchen are also on this floor and this area is separated by a glass wall from the south-oriented spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs, so you can relax and enjoy the sea view.
On 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, balconies and bathrooms. Each room is equipped with LCD and AC. Master Bedroom has 2 terrace exit, one with sea view and one with garden view. Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with double bed and a north-oriented terrace with outdoor seating furniture. Third, south oriented bedroom has double bed and has the views to the sea and the beah. Those two bedrooms share bathroom.
