The clean and modern lines of the villa’s exterior hold five double bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The soothing, neutral colour palette of the interiors reminds you to indulge in the views of the graceful Zaton bay cloaked in dramatic karst hills. An abundance of cosy details scattered around makes every moment a chance for relaxation.

Upon setting foot in Villa Dubrovnik Earth, you will immediately know that it was designed by a person and for a person. From the stand-out pool with Jacuzzi to the delicate scents of lavender, between the inviting common areas and the comfortable private spaces, the Owners vision leads straight to the idyllic unwinding in a beautiful corner of the Earth.

A Walkthrough Villa Dubrovnik Earth: Villa spreads over 350m² of indoors and 120m² of surrounding outdoors. The modern residence crowns the property that terraces down to the road where a garage with two parking spaces is an added bonus if you are travelling by car.

Fronting the house, the expansive terrace lined in stone is this villa’s definite drawcard. You’re likely to spend much of your time here, whether sipping wine in the lovely lounge area or dipping in the 8x3.5m pool with Jacuzzi. With direct views of the bay below, the terrace is the heart and soul of the property.

Backing it, the ground floor of the residence feels like its natural extension. The open-concept common area comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. High ceilings and large glass sliding doors make these spaces wonderfully bright and airy and their light colour palette soothes the senses, accentuated by the back wall of lush greens and a ceiling painted like a sky. Fix up a snack, then sit back in leather armchairs to watch a feisty game of soccer on the immensely large LCD screen in the living area. Still, expect to feel compelled to do most of your cooking outdoors.

Cooking and eating together is a very local thing to do, so to the side of the living room, a shaded terrace features an open kitchen with a fireplace, outdoor stove and lavatory, and a dining table for 10. Another large screen TV here ensures that nothing important goes missing. Facing a wall of carob and olive trees, the quality time on this terrace is to be enjoyed in complete privacy.

Villa Dubrovnik Earth has five bedrooms. One sits behind a discreet passage that backs the kitchen and conceals a small service area with a laundry room and a guest toilette. The other four bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms share a comfortable design, have an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony. With large closets, vanity tables and all the amenities you might need, they easily grow on you like a second home.

Overall, Villa Dubrovnik Earth feels remote, just perfect for unwinding and focusing on yourself and your loved ones. Still, you are a mere downhill stroll from the pebbly beach and minutes away from several highly praised local restaurants. Dubrovnik is twenty minutes away by road, and lovely destinations such as Elafiti islands, Pelješac peninsula or Korčula Island make for great boating day trips. To explore the region, venture to Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kotor in Montenegro. Just a phone call away during your entire stay at Villa Dubrovnik Earth, your Villa Manager can assist you with crafting everything about your time here – from private chefs and massages to restaurant reservations and superb regional experiences.

About the Location

Croatia, Dubrovnik Riviera

The unofficially known as the "Dubrovnik Riviera" and officially as the Zupa Dubrovacka named after the Zupa bay, stretches over 20km of diamond coast between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Sunny and not spoilt with excessive tourism, this region is predominantly agricultural boasting a stunning scenery.

The vegetation is Mediterranean and the wealth of coves and emerald beaches has made the region a favorite resort spot for locals and visitors, especially in recent years. Just behind the mountains lies Bosnia-Hercegovina.

The principal villages of the Riviera are Kupari, Srebreno, Mlini, Soline and Plat. Of these villages, Mlini is the largest and most developed, Plat is the quietest and Srebreno has the longest beach.

The beautiful and extremely well-fortified city of Dubrovnik lies in the very southern region of Croatia and has had a special position for centuries. The former city republic is still a Croatian enclave, separated from the Croatian mainland by narrow sea access since the Ottoman times. This sea passage belongs to the neighboring country Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The greatness of the defense fortifications the big city of Dubrovnik once had must still be taken into consideration even though the imposing ramparts and fortifications no longer serve their former purpose. On the contrary, Dubrovnik and its surrounding areas rank among the most preferred destinations of many tourists coming to Croatia. The region is quickly and easily accessible due to the international airport of Dubrovnik. This is a place that offers it all; a rich and well-preserved cultural heritage, wonderful beaches, secluded coves and unspoilt, typical Mediterranean landscape. In addition, it is a vibrant and lively place with lots of concerts, festivals, museums, exhibitions, archaeological sites and a variety of adventure sports that are the perfect combination for a relaxing yet interesting holiday.

Buzzier than ever before, Croatia is increasing its number of travelers each year! This Adriatic country is well known for its rich history, amazing waters, exceptional wines, and delicious food. No wonder why it gains visitors every year!. Croatia’s beautiful shaped coastline is without a doubt its best attraction. Pebble beach’s that end up at dazzling crystal clear waters next to majestic old cities and charming villages all covered from the shades of sapphire and emerald, that’s the shades of its luring waters!
