This newly built villa is a wonderful example of modern and innovative architecture; is spacious and airy, and high ceilings and glass walls give the feeling of freedom and open the view of the Dubrovnik islands. Opposites, ie the islands and the Adriatic Sea on one side and the surrounding hills on the other make Orasac unique. Amidst a beautiful natural landscape, built on an elevated hillside, the villa provides a fantastic view over the sea and the surrounding coastline. The villa with its high-quality furnishings has been integrated perfectly into the Mediterranean hillside landscape and built on multi-level terraces.
Villa Rea is a modern villa on three floors with 5 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom – ideal for a group of 10 persons. As you enter through the main doors on the main floor you will reach two double bedrooms. All the air-conditioned bedrooms have nice linens with opulent bathrooms and plenty of fluffy towels to pamper oneself with after a day in the sea or around the pool. The rooms offer a stunning view directly of the sea or the surrounding green landscape.
The indoor stairs lead to the lower level, where you will find three more en-suite bedrooms all with a sea view and one is a twin bedroom. On the lower floor, there is a central living area with a large comfortable sofa, dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances. On this level, there is also a bathroom for guests. The living area leads to the spacious terrace with lounge and dining area, which makes dining alfresco unavoidable.
Here is also the most interesting part of this beautiful villa's stunning infinity swimming pool. You’ll feel all your worries disappear as you float in the water, looking out at a panoramic view of the surroundings. Around the pool there is a sundeck terrace with sunbeds, chill-out area with outdoor sofas which make the perfect spot for an early morning coffee or a few drinks in the last of the evening sun.
Dubrovnik is a well-known town in Dalmatia, located almost at the very end of Croatian territories. The town stretches about 6 kilometres – starting from the west from river Rijeka Dubrovacka / Ombla in Mokosica to the peninsula of Sveti Jakov in the east.
Under the mild Mediterranean climate, Dubrovnik is bathed in a sea of sun, blossoms, and ripe orange and lemon tree fruit, even in the winter months. A warm southern climate, spacious blue skies, emerald green and dark blue crystal-clear sea touching the rocky shore and spilling into numerous coves and bays, onto sandy beaches and steep reefs decorated with the lushest Mediterranean and subtropical flora.
The oldest part of Dubrovnik, the Old Town is located east of Lapad at the bottom of Srd hill. It has well preserved cultural and historical heritage and is therefore inscribed on the UNESCO’s List of World Heritage Sites. Old Town’s streets and squares are stone-paved while the architecture consists of elegant terraced houses, monasteries, churches, palaces, galleries and museums. Except for its historical heritage, Dubrovnik also offers good holiday opportunities in terms of sea, sun, nightlife, restaurants and taverns with various specialities of local as well as international cuisine. The swimming season in the sea begins as early as April, sometimes even earlier, and lasts until late October, while swimming in indoor hotel pools is available year-round.
