Offering magnificent panoramic sea views, Absolute Beachfront Villa features a large covered veranda and a fully equipped kitchen with a cook-top, refrigerator, and dining table. Garden & Lagoon View Villa is part of the Etu Moana Beach Villas.

Absolute Beachfront Villas feature polished timber plank floors in the living area and ceramic tiled floors in the spacious bathroom. The timber plank flooring extends from the living area/bedroom out to what is the major feature of the Villa – the generous-sized veranda/outdoor living area on the front of the villa. The veranda is big enough to house a day-bed which takes up half of the wall on one side, a dining table, and 2 chairs as well as a sun-lounger, with plenty of space left over. The veranda is open to the view out front and has a wall for privacy down one side and another halfway down the other side.

There is a full kitchen with a cooktop and sink, a fridge with a freezer, and filtered drinking water. For those guests wanting an oven and/or a microwave, these are available in the Pool Bar. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain-shower head and modern ceramic fittings. Outside the back of the bathroom, there is a walled courtyard that has a convenient outdoor shower to complement the internal shower. There are many thoughtful little features about Etu Moana and one of these is the provision of an outdoor clothesline and pegs in the courtyard which is ideal for overnight drying out washed clothes/swimming togs and beach towels.

About the Location

Cook Islands, Aitutaki

Aitutaki is one of the Cook Islands, north of Rarotonga and the second most popular island of this island complex. The main village is Arutanga on the west side. Aitutaki means "a little paradise" and for a good reason and it is home to approximately 1800 people and the world’s most beautiful lagoon. It's just a 50-minute flight from Rarotonga. Escape to this secluded paradise composed of 15 islets sprinkled across this huge turquoise lagoon.

Aitutaki is the second most visited island in the Cook Islands. Its amazing shades of almost transparent water and its lush vegetation makes it very alluring for honeymooners. The most relaxing atmosphere and the jaw-dropping surroundings will spell bound every visitor. Enjoy the sun under a coconut palm, relax with a massage or find your way to the secret garden.

Aitutaki is famous for its turquoise central lagoon, uninhabited islands and palm-fringed beaches. Another advantage is that until now it has been spared by mass tourism. Worth seeing also are an old church, the oldest in the Cook Islands and some gigantic Banyan trees.

Tapuaetai which translates to ‘One Foot Island’ is a small islet in the south-east of the lagoon, and is often said to be the most important attraction. It offers the best views of the Aitutaki lagoon. The trip to this island is the most frequented trip available on Aitutaki. One Foot Island has been awarded "Australasia's Leading Beach" at the World Travel Awards held in Sydney.

The Cook Islands is an island country in the South Pacific Ocean in free association with New Zealand. It comprises 15 islands with a total land area of 240 square kilometers. The Cook Islands lie north-east of New Zealand, between French Polynesia and Fiji. Nowadays, the population is less than 20,000, although many more Cook Islanders live in New Zealand.
