Ninh Hai is a district of Ninh Thuận Province in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. It is located along the coast of northeastern Ninh Thuận, close to Cam Ranh in Khánh Hòa Province. It borders the provincial capital, Phan Rang–Tháp Chàm, as well as Bác Ái District. Most of the district is mountainous, especially in the eastern part along the coast. Chúa mountain is the highest mountain of the district at the border to Thuận Bắc District. Worth visiting is Núi Chúa National Park located in Ninh Hải District, with considerable flora and fauna in the area, including the black and white Asian bear. Nui Chua National Park meets the azure waters of Vinh Hy Bay. Embracing a private white-sand beach, rocky bluffs and a lotus-filled lake in a peaceful valley, Ninh Hai is a destination in a region renowned for its natural beauty, cuisine, and wildlife. Vietnam’s scenic coastline stretches in a sinuous s-shape over 3,200km from China to the Mekong Delta. Situated in the South Central Coast region, Ninh Thuan is a forested province rich in natural treasures. These include Nui Chua National Park, one of the country’s largest nature conservation sites. The park protects more than 29,000 hectares of pristine coastal and marine habitats, including Vinh Hy Bay. In Ninh Hai, you will find beautiful sandy beaches such as Ninh Chữ and Vĩnh Hy. The province is home to many Cham people, an ethnic minority famous for its Cham towers (ancient Hindu temples) which include impressive Po Klong Garai and Po Rome. The coastal province of Ninh Thuan lies in the south of Vietnam. Ninh Thuan’s strategic location makes it a transportation hub where from interconnect the North-South Railway, the 1A and the 27 National Highway. It is also a well-known tourist destination with many places of interest.
It is considered the most beautiful hidden province in Vietnam. Ninh Thuan was split from Binh Thuan and Khanh Hoa in 1993. Its main beach is called Ninh Chu Bay will surely excite you.
