Emerald Shores Estate Caribbean is a luxury villa rental with 9 bedrooms and 2 private pools. Emerald Shores Estate is a secluded two-acre get-away set apart from the tourist areas and other villas on the island of Providenciales, in Turks and Caicos. Located on the mesmerizing waters of Chalk Sound, and two-minutes from Taylor Bay Beach, Emerald Shores Estate boasts breathtaking views from any place on the property. Beautiful native gardens and two spacious pools complement the two villa/nine bedroom/seven bathroom/two powder room/four kitchen accommodations at this Turks and Caicos villa rental.
Main House:
The main house overlooks Chalk Sound National Park, and because of our coveted elevation, you can see for miles. An oversized 40 ft. kidney-shaped pool serves as the center of fun and relaxation at the Main House. The pool has a water seat built into the center of the wall where you can sit and enjoy drinks. A wet bar and barbecue area entice alongside.
It has five (5) bedrooms, three (3) on the upper level and two (2) on the lower level. Each floor has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Based on Guest requests, the remaining bedroom(s) on each floor are now furnished with two twin-sized beds which can be put together to make a king-sized bed.
Each bedroom has exquisite en-suite bathrooms, with showers in the upper level and shower-bathtubs downstairs. Each floor also has a powder room, making a total of seven bathrooms in the house.
The upper level has a breakfast nook and dining area while the lower level has a kitchenette. The windows and doors all have screens, and the upper level has an extra screened porch, a rarity among many island villas.
Washer and dryer rooms are located on each floor, and there are clotheslines outside if you prefer. There is adequate parking for at least five (5) cars.
Guest House:
The entire Emerald Shores Estate was designed for large groups to be able to vacation together while maintaining a degree of privacy. The Guesthouse is located down our private road from the Main House and is separated by lush greenery. The Guesthouse itself is comprised of two separate upstairs and downstairs units, again, to give groups of Guests some privacy while vacationing together. Each unit has a living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The Guest House also has a private pool, phone, laundry room, car park and barbecue area. It has four bedrooms, two on the upper level and two on the lower level. Based on Guest requests, each floor has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin-sized beds which can be put together to make a king-sized bed.
The second-floor bedrooms occupy the highest points on the property. From private balconies, you can see Chalk Sound, Silly Creek Marina, and the Caribbean Sea. The ground floor unit has beautifully colored gardens outside their windows and is wheelchair accessible.
