The ground floor includes a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar adjacent to an expansive living area furnished with stylish grey sofas positioned around a coffee table and facing a flatscreen TV with Apple TV. Glass doors unite internal spaces with an outdoor pool terrace equipped with a teak dining table that can accommodate up to ten guests. This is a perfect spot for breakfast or evening BBQ parties. Pool terrace surrounded by manicured lawns leads to one of the villa’s highlights – a huge 15-meter pool. Next to the pool is a large covered outdoor sala equipped with soft furniture round coffee table. The outdoor territory also features umbrellas and sun-loungers.
Each of the villa’s five sophisticated suites is tastefully decorated in a contemporary tropical style. All bedrooms are en-suite, enjoy a huge area (40 sq.m), and are equipped with air-cons, king-sized beds (that easily convert into two twin beds), high-quality linen, safes, and a flat-screen TV. Stylish couches can be turned into extra beds if needed. All bedrooms feature rain showers while the master bedroom boasts an additional huge bath tube. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors. Another three bedrooms including the central Master bedroom occupy the first floor and enjoy cozy sea-view balconies with outdoor furniture.
The covered top terrace is really spacious and boasts state of a art cinema with soft couches on one side and a sea-view lounge area equipped with soft armchairs on the other side.
