As soon as you are through the large electric gates you are transported into a luxurious environment where privacy and serenity are the highest priorities. Passing through the villa’s inner gates, you step over the fish pond and access the impressive central courtyard. Situated to the left and right in two separate pavilions are four out of the property's five bedrooms. All have their own en-suite with a large walk-in shower and decorative garden.
A large swimming pool with Jacuzzi sits within the central courtyard. The length of the pool makes it ideal for laps, playing games, or simply cooling off after lazing on the surrounding deck. Wrapping around this area is the open-plan area which contains kitchen, dining, and living spaces. With direct access to the pool deck, garden and beach this area are ideal for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the views. On the opposite side is the large master suite with a private dressing area and enormous en-suite bathroom. The master suite also opens up completely to entice the senses of the beach and garden offering guests a calming area to rest.
On the beachfront under the shade and protection of the giant trees lining the beach is the Sala. This can be used for outdoor dining or alternatively a relaxing escape from the heat of the day.

Lipa Noi is also home to the Samui Dhama Healing Centre one of Samui's more renowned spas where you can relax and enjoy a rejuvenating experience. Apart from enjoying the beach, there's isn’t much to do in Lipa Noi. This tranquility and remoteness are what make it a rare gem and a pole of attraction to the regular visitors. What made the stay so special though was the staff in the villa. As usual they were very friendly and helpful, but they went way above and beyond. The food they made was excellent and always had something perfect for the kids too. They recommended great places to go, followed up when our pickup was late, fixed a pair of broken sandals... everything! Definitely recommended.
Okay so we loved EVERYTHING at this villa. Stayed there recently with a big group as it was a family holiday, and of everything these were the things we especially can't forget:
The beach, Lipa Noi, is amazing and so underrated. Went here with my 5 year old cousins and it was perfect for little kids
The design is modern yet tropical
The pool was of a good size and again my younger cousins loved it
The staff!!!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. attentive without smothering us
