The facilities are complete with a dedicated massage and treatment room for two guests, a fully-equipped gym, and a home cinema seating 8-12. Amylia Estate is available in its entirety for large groups of up to 20 guests (8 bedrooms and 1 children’s room/ entertainment room) or can be rented separately as Villa Amylia Emerald (5 bedrooms, 10 guests) and Villa Amylia Ruby (3 bedrooms and 1 children’s room, 6 adults and 4 kids/teenagers).
Amylia Estate is a property that lends itself effortlessly to style and design throughout both villas. Each open-plan main floor features a soft grey stone floor, that goes effortlessly through all the bedrooms, balconies, and connecting en-suites.
All the wooden furniture was custom-made to bring a beautiful well integrated finished look throughout, especially when combined with the custom-made wardrobes. The wooden slats are a recurring feature in the living areas and bedrooms to create dimension and texture. Combined with the natural color scheme of the rest of the interior, the villa exudes a sense of peace and simplicity.
All 9 bedrooms have a world-class sea view facing East, with 2 of the master bedrooms (1 in Villa Amylia Emerald and 1 in Villa Amylia Ruby) boasting a rare 270 degrees sea view also partially overlooking Koh Samui’s beautiful mountains. Each bedroom has its own generous en-suite bath or shower rooms that showcase high-quality amenities such as walk-in rain showers, and imported tiles from Italy.
One of the master bedrooms in each villa has a stand-alone bath. Technology is also a pivotal feature of this spectacular villa from integrated B&W speakers, Sonos bars, superfast WI-FI, electrical curtains, and a modern security system. Conscious of the impact such a generous property has, the villa is fully powered by solar panels located on the top flat roof and invisible to the Guests.
Chaweng Beach is probably one of the island’s best beaches with a plethora of accommodation options than everywhere else in the island, it is also rightfully considered as the nightlife central since it offers plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes. In Chaweng you will find everything you wish, from beachside institutions to beautiful bars. It is considered the Mekka of nightlife on Samui in terms of choice. From girly bars to pubs and dance bars in Chaweng’s young revelers find their ideal spot.
The main attraction of Chaweng Beach is rightfully the six-kilometer long beach. Here you will have the chance to try some fine dining in one of the restaurants, walk around the park, view a cabaret show or a Muay Thai boxing match. Visit Wat Khao Juk it is a beautiful Buddhist temple with incredible view over the east coast of the Island. The central part is the most crowded and you can access the beach only through the hotels. Visit the Central festival Samui with its 200 shops, restaurants, and recreational activities.
