Beautiful house with a private pool and unbeatable sea views, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood 3km from Canyelles beach, 5km from Lloret del Mar, and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.

The house has several outdoor terraces from which you will be able to admire bay views and enjoy al fresco breakfasts. Private pool of 8x4m. Outdoor parking, a private garden, and a fully equipped play area for the kids. 166 m2 indoor space including the living room with TV, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast corner and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). The house has two double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm et 140 x 200 cm), one bedroom with a bunk bed, and one office. There is also 1 bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower.

The house spreads over 3 floors with 2 internal staircases. The staircase that descends from the living/dining room area can be closed off by a child gate. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava coast, distinguished for its clear and crystalline water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers as well as pedal boats and go parasailing, water skiing, and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in one of the beachside restaurants. Tossa del Mar is a charming fortified Medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches.

Lloret de Mar, is a city on the Costa Brava in the Catalonian region of Spain, is famous for its Mediterranean beaches. To the east there is the medieval hilltop Castle of Sant Joan, that offers views of the city, while the central church of Iglesia de Sant Romà offers examples of Gothic Catalan and Modernist architecture. The Santa Clotilde Gardens are designed on a hill overlooking the ocean in the style of the Italian Renaissance.

Guests who enjoy the beach during the day and parties at night are in the right place. Hardly a quiet place can be found here. If you're not here in winter, you will enjoy a lot of sandy beaches and the stunning scenery of the Costa Brava. The climate is Mediterranean, hence very mild in summer, but not very hot. In the night, it's freezing and too cold to dive, but it's barely below 0 degrees.
