REVIEW SCORE

To make the most of the natural light and magnificent 180-degree sea views, the living area has full floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors leading out to the pool deck. This, coupled with the fact that the penthouse is completely private, creates a feeling of being in an isolated beachside paradise.

The sparkling 25m long infinity pool spans the length of the penthouse terrace, which has dining and lounge seating for 6 as well as sun loungers. Inside the penthouse, a modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen is located across from the sliding doors and offers a gas stove and breakfast bar. This leads onto a dining area that seats 10 guests. There is a TV lounge with large and luxurious couches. The decor features soft neutral tones, reminiscent of the beach sand, while beautiful local artwork adorns the walls.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is decorated in pale tones to promote rest and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms have King-size beds while the third has twin beds. The master suite has a dressing room and direct access onto the terrace. For added convenience and privacy, all of the rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy the views of the ocean and mountain while you fall asleep listening to the waves crash. The penthouse has 2 private parking bays situated inside a secure garage. The access to the apartment is via a lift from the lobby area which takes you right up to the third floor, where the penthouse takes up the entire level. Soak up the sun or read a book; cool off in the pool or simply enjoy a drink or some delicious dinner with friends. The surrounding uninterrupted views really are breath-taking.

About the Location

South Africa, Cape Town

Cape Town is the oldest city in South Africa, also known as the Mother City and is the legislative capital of South Africa also home to The Parliament of South Africa. The city is known for its harbor, for its natural setting and landmarks such as Table Mountain and Cape Point. It is one of the most multicultural cities in the world, as a major melting pot destination for immigrants and expatriates to South Africa. The city was named the World Design Capital for 2014 and in the same year as the best place in the world to visit by both The New York Times.

Located on the shore of Table Bay, Cape Town is the oldest urban area of South Africa and in the past, it operated as a supply station for Dutch ships sailing to East Africa, India, and the Far East. Before the development of Johannesburg, Cape Town was the largest city in South Africa.

In Cape Town, you will come across one of the most beautiful views from the famous Table Mountain. On the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are part of the Cape Floristic Region UNESCO World Heritage site. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is probably the most popular touristic attraction of Cape Town, being a buzzing entertainment quarter reminiscent of Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Today, many of the old buildings have been preserved and restored. Within or in proximity to this quarter you will find benchmark sights such as the Two Oceans Aquarium, Cape Town Stadium which hosted FIFA World Cup in 2010 and you can enjoy trips to Robben Island. This district also includes many museums, restaurants, bars and anything you could ask for.

South Africa, the southernmost country on the African continent, is characteristic for its varied landscape, breathtaking natural beauty, and cultural diversity, which make it one of the most interesting countries in the world and a favorite destination for travelers since the legal ending of apartheid in 1994. South Africa has three cities that serve as capitals: Pretoria, Cape Town and Bloemfontein. Johannesburg is the largest urban area in the country and a center of commerce. Lagos and Cairo are also among its most visited countries.
