The grand master bedroom on the main floor has a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and Juliette balcony boasting spectacular views. The second and third bedrooms are down the corridor, both have access to the generous backyard, and are also both en-suite. Bedroom four is on the lower level close to the elevator and below the living room. It is also en-suite, has a private balcony with gate access up to the backyard, and has its own kitchenette and separate entrance. The fifth bedroom is located under the master bedroom, also with its own private entrance and en-suite. This room does not have direct access to the house. To get into the house you exit the room, go up the exterior front steps, and to the main entrance door. The second and fifth bedrooms have access to semi-private outdoor showers.

The open plan living area is adjacent to the kitchen which has all the mod-cons and a large dining area allowing lots of light into the space. This area opens onto the swimming pool and balcony with a barbeque and outdoor dining and lounge seating. The delightful backyard has two grass areas, a barbeque, and dining seating. All the dining areas have seating for up to twelve people. Prima Views also includes a butler (Bright) and maid (Dinah) who both live in a separate part of the property with their own entrance.

They can be available to help as much or as little as you like. Bright is a qualified butler and can prepare your breakfast or a barbecue fire, run errands to the local deli, help you unpack your shopping, and anything further. Their nearby presence means you can focus on enjoying your vacation. Previous guests are unanimously enthusiastic about them! The villa is also a smart house running from an iPad on the property with a program called Crestron home automation system.

About the Location

South Africa, Cape Town

Cape Town is the oldest city in South Africa, also known as the Mother City and is the legislative capital of South Africa also home to The Parliament of South Africa. The city is known for its harbor, for its natural setting and landmarks such as Table Mountain and Cape Point. It is one of the most multicultural cities in the world, as a major melting pot destination for immigrants and expatriates to South Africa. The city was named the World Design Capital for 2014 and in the same year as the best place in the world to visit by both The New York Times.

Located on the shore of Table Bay, Cape Town is the oldest urban area of South Africa and in the past, it operated as a supply station for Dutch ships sailing to East Africa, India, and the Far East. Before the development of Johannesburg, Cape Town was the largest city in South Africa.

In Cape Town, you will come across one of the most beautiful views from the famous Table Mountain. On the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are part of the Cape Floristic Region UNESCO World Heritage site. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is probably the most popular touristic attraction of Cape Town, being a buzzing entertainment quarter reminiscent of Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Today, many of the old buildings have been preserved and restored. Within or in proximity to this quarter you will find benchmark sights such as the Two Oceans Aquarium, Cape Town Stadium which hosted FIFA World Cup in 2010 and you can enjoy trips to Robben Island. This district also includes many museums, restaurants, bars and anything you could ask for.

South Africa, the southernmost country on the African continent, is characteristic for its varied landscape, breathtaking natural beauty, and cultural diversity, which make it one of the most interesting countries in the world and a favorite destination for travelers since the legal ending of apartheid in 1994. South Africa has three cities that serve as capitals: Pretoria, Cape Town and Bloemfontein. Johannesburg is the largest urban area in the country and a center of commerce. Lagos and Cairo are also among its most visited countries.
