The interior of the villa is based on high comfort by offering a large living room combined with a luxury equipped kitchen, while each room of the villa is unique and designed with high luxury Italian brands. All the bathrooms of the villa have ground heating, while the master bedroom offers also a bathtub with a shower as well. All the villa is air-conditioned offering different temperatures and feelings for each room. Part of the interior is also the children's playground room by offers a TV with children's cartons, different children's toys (age 1-7), swimming pool toys, yoga equipment, and a ballet fence with mirrors.
All the TVs in the interior of the villa (total 3) offer international paid channels as part of the optic internet provider. In addition, it has to be mentioned that the villa has its own water supply and own generator in case of an electrical emergency, which proves the privacy and comfort that has been given to this villa.
The exterior of the villa is another story for itself...Surrounded by landscape grass and a lot of jasmines, it makes the villa look all green but at the same time, there is an infinity swimming pool with waterfalls that combines greenery with blue water. Furthermore, in front of the infinity swimming pool, there is the hot tube Jacuzzi for 6 persons that offers a magnificent view of the lake and the salina pools, especially the sunset on this part. At the end of the swimming pool, there is a standing deck just above the river offering sun lounges and chairs for relaxation. There is also covered parking for 2 cars with additional parking upon request on the backside
