Villa Magnolia consists of one main structure, obtained from an eighteenth-century farmhouse, and a cottage with a porch under which it is possible to eat and spend pleasant moments in joy and company. Outside, a large garden merges with the wheat fields that surround the property. For your days in total relaxation, you can also treat yourself to a dip in the pool from where you can enjoy the same incomparable view that the structure offers, perhaps sipping a good glass of wine. To complete, along with the beautiful view, you will also find a solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The interior spaces, however, retain the traditional rustic style with terracotta floors and exposed beams. The antique furniture has been recovered and restored, to design an authentic and faithful to the traditional environment. The ground floor of the cottage, formerly intended for stables, now houses a large hall ideal for dinners, banquets or buffets. It is capable of accommodating up to a hundred people. Also on the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen, for common use, with a stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
Villa Magnolia has a total of 6 rooms and is able to accommodate up to 12 people. All the rooms of the main building are located on the first floor and have a suggestive panoramic view. Each room has a bathroom, heating, air conditioning, and free wi-fi. The annex in front of the Villa houses a nice and welcoming independent apartment consisting of a double bedroom with a bathroom and a living room with an equipped kitchen.
Nearby you can visit the numerous places of interest in the Val d’Orcia and the beautiful Tuscan villages of Pienza, Monticchiello, Bagno Vignoni, and San Quirico d’Orcia. Furthermore, the historic centers of Montepulciano and Montalcino, as well as being villages of extraordinary beauty, represent the magical places where Nobile and Brunello come to life, two of the most famous (and good) wines in the world.
