Now Villa Castrum has been carefully restored and turned into two separate, self-contained luxury villas offering accommodation for 10 guests, in 5 bedrooms. There is an option for 2 extra single beds.
The electrically operating entrance gate gives access to the private area featuring a private car park for 3 / 4 cars, the luxuriant Italian garden, the garden of the olives, and the outdoor private swimming pool, for exclusive use of the guests of the Villa.
The main entrance leads to the frescoed main hall, a large and light living room with several sitting areas, a magnificent fireplace, and a piano; the ground floor also features the country-chic kitchen equipped with a large cooking hob, oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, wood stove, the dining room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, the relaxing TV room, one double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and one additional bathroom with bathtub. A side door leads to the private garden and to the swimming pool. The washing machine is housed in a closet near the side door.
The upper floor houses two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom, two twin-bedded rooms, one additional bathroom. A balcony, accessible from two bedrooms, runs along the façade of the Villa offering an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside and sunsets.
