The whole property is completely fenced. Outside you will also find a comfortable swimming pool, with an infinity edge, 12 meters long by 6 meters wide with a depth of 1.2 meters fully illuminated and, therefore, usable even after sunset. At the poolside, there is also a pleasant solarium with sunbeds and furniture. The garden is also equipped with a gazebo and a barbecue area.
The Villa is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and free wi-fi Internet connection. Inside you will have about 200 square meters of surfaces that, combined with the two porches furnished with tables and chairs, will allow you to move and organize yourself with great tranquility. At the entrance, you will be welcomed into a comfortable open space that serves as a living room, with a sofa, armchairs and fireplace, and a study but which is also a dining room. Not far away you will have at your disposal a kitchen complete with freezer, oven, stove with 5 burners, microwave, dishwasher, robot, kettle, and other small appliances such as the coffee machine.
In the sleeping area 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. 4 ensuite bathrooms, 3 with shower and 1 with tub and shower complete the whole. Particularly welcoming are the rooms where you can spend the night with walls in warm tones, exposed beams on the ceilings, terracotta floors, and antique furniture with a timeless charm. Beaches and chalets are about ten kilometers from you, the town of Sciacca is about thirty kilometers, that of Trapani is 80 kilometers, Agrigento and Palermo is 90 kilometers. In the surroundings, it is possible to practice golf, tennis and horse riding, kite surfing, and windsurfing. The nearest airport is about forty kilometers away.
The Province of Trapani's magnificent shoreline is lined with stunning coves and beaches that welcome the crystal sea. The seas rush towards the spectacular panorama of the Egadi Islands, echoing with green and deep blue tones at times. This dream-come-true environment is ideal for every sort of vacation, and it is incredibly breathtaking every day of the year. The coast is littered with charming little towns worth visiting – Alcamo, Campobello Di Mazara, Castellammare del Golfo, Castelvetrano, Custonaci, Erice, Marsala, Mazara Del Vallo, Petrosino, San Vito lo Capo, and Trapani – all bustling with life, sun, sounds and smells of the sea, as well as history and monuments.
Even the smallest towns are unique and wonderful places for travelers to visit, with art, history, and nature playing important roles. In the first place, San Vito lo Capo, a Med Sea treasure, has some of Italy's most beautiful beaches. The Tempietto di Santa Crescenza, and the torrazzo, all in Normanic-Arabesque style, will pique your interest. More towers are springing up along the shore, especially at Scieri, Mpisu, and Isulidda. You may read about some of the discoveries made on the seafloor in the Museo del Mare, or Sea Museum, including fragments of a Norman ship that lie deep below - near the place where San Vito lo Capo's icon, the lighthouse, sits.
