Arranged over two floors, it has a large living room, a study with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, and a kitchen with a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs is the rest of the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The large living room, with sofas, armchairs, and a beautiful brick fireplace, will be your refuge during indoor breaks where you can entertain yourself for convivial moments or for a simple chat. In reality, the large open space, with French windows opening onto the outside, also houses a comfortable dining room that is connected to the kitchen equipped with everything: traditional four-burner hob, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. On the ground floor, you will find a place of absolute privacy in the study, a room in the house that is enriched by a well-stocked library.
Villa l'Estasi also boasts a large terrace and an outdoor barbecue area with a sink and countertop. In the pool area, with a flush system and overflow towards the infinite horizon of the sea, there is also a large brick paved solarium with deck chairs, shower, low table, and armchairs.
