Connected to the living area there is also a large covered outdoor veranda overlooking the coast, ideal for breakfasts, aperitifs, lunches, and dinners with friends. The extendable table can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. But sit on the wicker sofas and armchairs to treat yourself to a breathtaking sunset or pleasant hours to spend in the company, or simply reading a book.
Together with the comfortable lounge in the living room you will find, connected by open space, also a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your holiday unique: 5-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, convection oven, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, utensils, and dishes. The house is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in an annex and offers absolute privacy.

A barbecue is also available. Leave here for a splendid excursion to the island of Tavolara or its splendid marine park or, again, to discover Cala Brandinchi or Cala d'Ambra. San Teodoro is a vibrant tourist destination south of Olbia on the east coast of Sardinia, Italy.
