Everything is taken care of in the smallest details: the geometries of the external spaces, but also of the internal ones, seem designed to make you relax. Outside it is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a large swimming pool, tiled poolside and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, two large gazebos, and a barbecue area with an oven. Arranged on two floors, Villa Primavera inside features modern furniture and spaces to be experienced such as the large open at the entrance with sofas, armchairs, and tables where you can distract yourself, relax but also spend moments of great conviviality.

In the living room, a center room fireplace will attract your attention for its extraordinary design. Great class in all rooms, especially in the bedrooms with bathrooms with a great profusion of marble and tiles. Every corner of the house is very enjoyable, including the terraces in the sleeping area from which you can also see the sea. Villa Primavera can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. In addition, but only on request, it is possible to obtain another 2 additional beds. In total it also has 6 bathrooms. The property is very close to Cagliari and the wonderful beaches of Poetto and Villasimius as well as other equally well-known Sardinian locations.

About the Location

Italy, Sardinia, Cagliari Province

The province of Cagliari is large and covers almost 20% of the island of Sardinia. Cagliari is also the capital of the whole of Sardinia. This province is in the south of the island and has the Sardinian Sea to the west, the Strait of Sardinia to the south and the South Tyrrhenian Sea to the east. It has the provinces of Nuoro, Oliastra and Oristano to the north and the provinces of Carbonia-Iglesia and Medio Campidano to the west.

Here you will find the paradisiac coastal area Poetta which extends to eight kilometers of sandy beach and boasts crystal clear water.

Cagliari attracts its visitors with its beautiful architecture which includes many historic buildings, masterpieces of Art Nouveau architecture, museums, stunning palaces and art galleries. The fortified quarter known as Castello in the historical center is located high on a rock and it offers amazing panoramic views of the city. The modern side of Cagliari is dotted with tasteful shops and plenty of bars and restaurants.

The terrain is rocky including caves and minerals along both the coast and higher inland areas. Worth visiting is the Molentargius Lagoon which stretches eastwards from the city of Cagliari to the long sandy coast of Poetto. This large lagoon is of great importance as it hosts an ecosystem which attracts many birds and it is home to 180 different species, some of which are extremely rare. There is another regional park in Cagliari, the Sette Fratelli - Monte Generis Regional Park which is an excellent choice for a hike in nature. There are mapped routes and picnic areas and there is also the option of a guide. This area is one of the last remaining homes for Sardinian deer.

Sardinia is the second bigger island of the Mediterranean Sea and it is a mainly mountainous region with a vast natural environment. Here you can swim at the beautiful beaches of Cala Goloritze, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine while Neptune's Grotto is also a well-known destination for its cave which can be reached by boat. Go to the Capo Caccia and take a photo of the wild scenery while the hikers will love the famous Gorropu Gorge. Don’t forget to visit Porto Flavia one of the most important industrial archeology sites in the world.

The birthplace of the Roman Empire and Renaissance, Italy, showcases many of the world’s greatest artworks, architectural buildings and over the top gastronomical proposals. This is the country where the word “style” expresses the whole nation. Italy has more Unesco World Heritage cultural sites than any other country; among them are Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Primavera, Michelangelo’s David and Sistine Chapel and da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
