Villa Amaranta is a very pleasant villa in a privileged position right at the beach of Levanto in Liguria, Italy. Villa Amaranta is charmingly furnished with period fittings and it comfortably sleeps 12 people in 7 bedrooms

The main floor is composed of an open-plan living and dining room with access to the terrace and the garden, kitchen, toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and balcony, a bedroom with a double bed and terrace (10 m²), a bathroom with tub, and two bathrooms with shower.

On the second floor, you’ll find another bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a view of the sea. On the garden, the level is another bathroom with a shower ideal when coming back from the beach. Surrounded by a nice Italian garden, the Villa Amaranta offers amazing views of the gulf of Levanto. The large sea-facing terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, armchairs, and sunshades, and is the perfect place for outdoor dining.

This holiday villa is located on the seaside promenade, a pedestrian area just next to the beach and within walking distance to the center of Levanto (350m). Levanto is a very popular tourist destination in Liguria, with an extensive beach and many shops and restaurants, known as the doorway to the amazing Cinque Terre. You can easily catch a train to discover all five villages of the Cinque Terre or choose to hike there along the panoramic walking trails.

Levanto is about 60 kilometers from Genoa, a small town that situated on a spectacular coastline with stunning views, just north of Punta Mesco. The air of Levanto is a quiet, friendly seaside resort that is a renowned Italian and international holiday destination.
