In the villa, there is a stereo system with piped music, CD player, DVD player, Bluray, TV and 100 'video projector with home theater system. The house is completely fenced and privacy is protected by high vegetation surrounding the land. The exterior offers all the comforts to enjoy the summer: in addition to a swimming pool, there are, in fact, a fitness area and a living room. The swimming pool, also illuminated at night, is one of the faces of the house. In the large solarium, sofas and armchairs will delight your chats under the stars while deckchairs and sun loungers will allow you to relax throughout the day. The solarium is also equipped with a double sunbed with a canopy to give you some shade and refreshment. The interior spaces are very bright thanks to entire glass walls that open to the outside light and which will allow you to go out into the garden, directly from the ground floor, or onto the large terrace, in the case of the sliding French doors on the first floor. The sleeping area is accessed by a suspended staircase. Furniture and finishes are designed. The American-style kitchen is an almost mystical place with a double oven, a sink with a double basin, a slit window that looks outwards, a large peninsula, and everything you need to give this place a unique dimension as well.
The bedrooms in the sleeping area are a symphony of peace and tranquility and a harmony of lines with very large openings and a play of lights that change the size of things at any time of day or night.
