An avenue carved into the rock will lead you, from a convenient parking lot to the entrance of Villa Cobalto, and will already make your dream within a wonderful setting in which you will find yourself embraced by thick and rich vegetation. But it is looking out from the terrace of the house that you will suddenly see Paradise. Your gaze will plunge directly into the turquoise sea of the Amalfi Coast. The terrace is accessed from all rooms of the house. Outside, a large infinity pool, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, will pamper you even on hot summer days.

The interior of this extraordinary location is also very comfortable and welcoming. The furnishings and architectural details have been designed to emphasize the beauty of typically island tiles, illuminating the various rooms with shades of white and inserts of beige, blue and blue. The villa consists of a large living area with a kitchenette equipped with all appliances, two master bedrooms with a private bathroom, for a total of four beds to which two more beds can be added in the living area.

Part of the house seems to have been carved into the rock with details that blend well with the luxurious and very bright interiors thanks to the openings on the garden, sofas, furniture, and light armchairs. The large open space of the dining area also houses the kitchen with a double sink, 4-burner hob, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The spacious and comfortable rooms are also open to the outside. Here we also find some colorful and design furniture together with fabrics that recall the charm of a timeless land. The bathrooms are wonderful as well as the exterior, with its walkways, of a residence full of charm. In the garden, there are several relaxation areas. The patio opens to a shaded gazebo with a sofa and armchairs where you can spend some time recharging.

About the Location

Italy, Campania, Ischia Island

The island of Ischia is a mountainous volcanic island located about 30 kilometers southwest of Naples, Italy, on the northern margin of the Tyrrhenian Sea's Gulf of Naples. Ischia is the biggest of the Phlegraean Islands Archipelago in the Gulf of Naples, with a total area of around 46.3 km2. The island is mostly made up of volcanic rocks, with Mount Epomeo, an extinct volcano, at its center. Mount Epomeo, at 788 meters above sea level, is Ischia's highest peak. Ischia has a Mediterranean climate, with moderate winters and hot, dry summers, thanks to its strategic location in the Gulf of Naples.

On this little Tyrrhenian island, there's a surprising amount to do. Combining a visit to one of the island's top beaches with some self-care at one of the island's natural spas is a great combination. Maronti Beach has a brilliant turquoise sea and is one of the island's longest at 3 kilometers. Views of the quaint fishing hamlet of Sant'Angelo, with its lovely pastel-painted buildings, may be seen from this vantage point, while the ancient Roman baths of Cavascura, Ischia's oldest thermal waters, are carved into a cliff somewhat inland from the shore. Hike up through the gorge until you hear the sound of hot springs trickling. The spa has a relaxing shower and sauna, as well as a 20-minute dip in a private Roman bath. To finish, treat yourself to a relaxing lymphatic drainage massage or mud treatment. Once you've recovered sufficiently, take a water taxi to Sant'Angelo's modest port and relax with a drink while admiring the views of the volcanic cliff it overlooks.

Campania is one of the regions of Southern Italy. Few corners of Europe can match Campania’s cultural heritage since it is home to a stunning selection of architectural sights from ancient Greek times to Christian Cathedrals. This is the area of ancient Pompeii. Campania is full of chariot grooves, frescoes, and heart-stirring sculptures.

The birthplace of the Roman Empire and Renaissance, Italy, showcases many of the world’s greatest artworks, architectural buildings and over the top gastronomical proposals. This is the country where the word “style” expresses the whole nation. Italy has more Unesco World Heritage cultural sites than any other country; among them are Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Primavera, Michelangelo’s David and Sistine Chapel and da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
