REVIEW SCORE

If you are looking for a peaceful and lonely place for relaxing and wish to stay near the ocean surrounded by palm trees and rice fields, Villa Keong Bali is just right. This exotic wooden 3 bedroom villa with a spacious tropical garden is located near the ocean in the District of Tabanan. It will take you 1,5-2 hours to get to the villa from the Ngurah Rai airport, but it's worth it.

A swimming pool and two houses are situated in a spacious green territory. The unique architectural design of houses made of ironwood and glass will not leave anyone indifferent. Villa Keong Bali is built in mixed antique styles of Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Flores cultural heritage. One of them has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Another one, which is located near, has one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The road to the beach takes just 1 minute and you will get to a wooden pier, part of which belongs to the villa.

The beach with black volcanic sand is hidden from the crowd. This beach is not very suitable for swimming as it is an open ocean, however, it is good for kids to jump in the small waves. You can order your tasty breakfast in the villa. But if you decide to cook yourself, we advise you to bring food with you, because a big local store is 30 minutes away from the villa. Just near the villa, there is a restaurant in a nearby hotel. You can go sightseeing and visit the nearest popular places such as Jatiluwih Rice Terrace, Tanah Lot Temple, Taman Ayun Temple, Ulun Danu Temple, and many others.

About the Location

Indonesia, Bali, Tabanan

Tabanan is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bali and there are numerous places of interest that can be visited in Tabanan, and this makes it ideal for a family holiday. The verdant surrounding rice fields are emblematic of Bali's rice-growing traditions and are part of its Unesco recognition of this practice. Tabanan occupies about 15 percent of Balinese land. It is still a newly recognized destination for travelers and has only recently started to host several large luxury resorts. As Tabanan is known for its natural landscape, popular activities revolve around nature or Balinese culture. Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks located in the Beraban village of the Tabanan regency, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons.

Bali is the most popular holiday destination in the Indonesian archipelago. Exotic temples and palaces embraced by lash nature, are some of its top attractions. After sunset, famous nightspots invite its many visitors to unforgettable nights. You will be amazed by the verdant nature and jungles. Bali also boasts world-class beaches and luxury resorts in hot spots such as Kuta, Seminyak, and Jimbaran where most of the accommodation is right on the beach. They also host some of Bali’s greatest surf spots. The eastern beach resorts are more tranquil and present the most beautiful sunsets. These include Sanur, Nusa Dua and the coast of Candidasa. In east Bali and northern region, you’ll find some world-class diving spots with calm bays. They're home to pristine corals and colorful marine life.

Indonesia is composed of many islands that display cultural and landscape diversity, located off the coast of mainland Southeast Asia in the Indian and Pacific oceans.
